What do you like best about Totango?

Totango is simple to use after a short intro and provides significant value to our Customer Success team. The customizations are endless, which allowed us to fully place our CS program there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Some fields related to timelines and open tasks are a bit cumbersome. This prevents us from leaving updates or knowing when something is due. Some views have a slight learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

It's simple to use operationally but provides significant value to CS teams without requiring the length of training that tools like Salesforce or Gainsight require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Reliability and support. I've implemented Totango into every startup i've worked with. But because we're based in Europe response times are essentially 24 hours for support tickets, and the more features you implement the more buggy the thing seems to get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visibility for CS- Without Totango CS teams are forced to use data from multiple sources, do their own segmentation and interpret results in their own way. This doesn't scale, and so using Totango we can keep teams lean but achieve more. What do you like best about Totango?

It's a really great tool to allow you to manage your entire customer success process. We have come to rely on Totango for everything we do around customer management and success.

(1) All customer information is kept in one place for quick reference

(2) The ability to segment customers any way you'd like for easier management

(3) It's easy to setup customer campaigns that automatically engage customers based on certain criteria

(4) Ability to setup onboarding steps for customers and measure the amount of time it takes to onboard

What do you dislike about Totango?

The tool is very comprehensive, but it can take a while to learn all of the ways you can configure it. Once you understand the way everything is organized though it is extremely flexible. The initial learning curve required is offset by their amazing customer success and onboarding team.
