What do you like best about Totango?

Totango has been amazing since we started. It's help automate so much for our CSMs. It's so easy to configure too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Reporting would be the only "dislike" if I had to pick one. It's very limited on what we need. Especially since we use Salesforce which has much more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation! Like I mentioned in one of the previous questions, it has automated so much of our day to day customer success activities. We are no longer having to manually search through accounts to identify customers we need work with. With the SuccessPlays, we have been able to set up triggers for scenarios we didn't previously have! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango helped us segment and understand our customers - allowing us to connect with them in a way we weren't before. It also automated so much of those communications for us, saving us time which let our team develop their skills in other areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

A real area for opportunity would be the dashboards within scorescards - I would love more personalization/customization and the ability to set formulas and different ways of cutting numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Lots of options aimed at Customer Journey. You can really customize your customer's experience with CSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform can be a little slow at times. I would also like to see some easier ways to analyze that don't require me to download to an Excel file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

I enjoy the every changing and growing environment that totango provides. They are consistently working on new innovative ways to track customer usage, health, outreach, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

It is not a CRM system. This may just be how my company uses it but I don't feel like it can be a company's CRM. It is much better used as a Customer Success team add on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Totango?

It's really helpful when it comes to looking for more information about a client's details and information, also giving us the complete access needed for us to complete our task perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly cannot see any downsides of Totango, Latency is not a problem because it occur rarely depending of the load of works that we are doing , I thinks it's not Totango's fault anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
