Totango is helping us to monitor customer health to keep a pulse on renewal risk and empower better prioritization and decision-making. The one thing I am lacking in teamwork right now is phone numbers, but I think thats a Teamwork issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

I'm using Totango on a daily basis to gather all the information, my touchpoints, my tasks and to manage my portoflio health score. I also find the segment feature super useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I'd like to have a better access to a timeline for a precise user, and being able to copy a list of emails in a touchpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

I love how easy it is to create campaigns and organize clients. It is a great way to check any level of client and make sure they are getting the support they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing! It is so well organized and helpful. It is easy to use, but when you need help/support there are so many helpful videos and articles. It is a wonderful tool for CSM's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

What I like best is the capability of getting metrics in a very granular way, as well as the 360 account view that empowers our CS team to deliver a better experience for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I can't set up a campaign to be sent individually or have the campaign saved as a template for later use. Having a library of templates would be very useful. I also noted that when I use a default SuccessPlay or Campaign and change it, there's no place where I can find the initial template after it's been updated. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly, avoid having multiple tools/spreadsheets/manual trackers and having all tracked and saved in one place. That's the primary benefit we're getting from Totango! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are delighted to see that you are capitalizing on the granular data, and the 360 account views the platform brings to your finger tips! Also love to see that Totango has allowed you and your team to move from multiple tools to one! This is a big win for efficiency and accuracy!

In regards to the feedback about the campaigns, you raise some good points and would love for you to submit them vis product feedback, if you haven't already. I also want to share some information about campaigns that may be helpful to you and your team.

1) You can have the campaign sent to one individual. You would need to update the target criteria to say only target X. At this time it is not designed as a one off use case.

2) You are correct, we do not have a campaign template library. However, touchpoint templates are in the works!

3) Versioning is not kept at this point but a great suggestion!

What do you like best about Totango?

* Clear UI shows all the essential things without losing focus of the bigger picture

* Configurable predefined templates for most common flows allow fast integration of new flows

* Product support is fast and accurate

* NPS and CSAT flows are fully integrated with the product. No third party is needed.

* No scheduled exec reports.

* No way to send or share scorecards, reports and exec console other than by screenshot

* Ability to easily send NPS and CSAT campaigns and track their results

* Share customer's status across the company using Slack

What do you like best about Totango?

I love that it's a one-stop for almost everything, and they have many integrations.

The facilitators of the Data AMA sessions are SUPER helpful and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about Totango?

The initial onboarding and training were not as straightforward as we would have liked, and it has slowed down our adoption and implementation.

We purchased premium support to access one-on-one, and we received a single discovery call and nothing since then. We still have not gotten that service we paid for, even after multiple emails to inquire about scheduling, etc.

We did receive the premium support we paid for, and they went above and beyond.

One thing to keep in mind is that whomever is going to be setting up Totango in the background will need to have backend knowledge of whatever CRM you connect with Totango (i.e. SFDC). There has been a huge learning curve for me coming from zero backend knowledge of our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we are solving is giving our CSM's a clear idea of their priorities for the day, week, and month.

After using the system for a while, our most significant benefits are automated email campaigns (which have taken a lot off the CS team's plates) and visualization of usage data. The current way we bring in usage data from our side is not ideal for utilizing the benefits offered by Totango, but we're working on that from our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

The community resources have been very helpful. It has been great to speak with new/seasoned Totango users/admins to hear their experience and to understand how Totango could be implemented at our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Great information has been provided at this summit, however, it could have been spaced out better. I wanted to attend all the sessions and it was difficult to choose which ones should be prioritized. Also, the round table discussion (speed questions/answers) was great as an ice breaker but we could hardly hear each other in that room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
