What I like best is the capability of getting metrics in a very granular way, as well as the 360 account view that empowers our CS team to deliver a better experience for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't set up a campaign to be sent individually or have the campaign saved as a template for later use. Having a library of templates would be very useful. I also noted that when I use a default SuccessPlay or Campaign and change it, there's no place where I can find the initial template after it's been updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial onboarding and training were not as straightforward as we would have liked, and it has slowed down our adoption and implementation.

We purchased premium support to access one-on-one, and we received a single discovery call and nothing since then. We still have not gotten that service we paid for, even after multiple emails to inquire about scheduling, etc.

One thing to keep in mind is that whomever is going to be setting up Totango in the background will need to have backend knowledge of whatever CRM you connect with Totango (i.e. SFDC). There has been a huge learning curve for me coming from zero backend knowledge of our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The community resources have been very helpful. It has been great to speak with new/seasoned Totango users/admins to hear their experience and to understand how Totango could be implemented at our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great information has been provided at this summit, however, it could have been spaced out better. I wanted to attend all the sessions and it was difficult to choose which ones should be prioritized. Also, the round table discussion (speed questions/answers) was great as an ice breaker but we could hardly hear each other in that room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
