What do you like best about Totango?

I find Health Scores, Automation, and data management great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Complexity with configuration, and not enough help with onboarding. We requested to import data, which stalled. We have not heard back on this status from our CSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Totango?

I like that all of the information within a specific customer's account is in one place and easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I'm not too fond of having to switch back and forth between Overview, Timeline, Plan and Usage to get the full picture of how our client is using our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the data is reliable, totango functions near-perfect. It helps me to organize, prioritize and see my book of business in a smart and actionable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data can be inconsistent if not managed correctly, and it from an admin-level it seems easy to mismanage if you don’t fully understand the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango provides detailed, helpful metrics in an easily digestible manner. Much easier to run and utilize reports that "look" good and can be easily shared with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

So far, everything is great. The only downside of the platform would be that it takes ~24 hours on average to populate data from third parties (for example: Salesforce). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
