What do you like best about Totango?

The best part about using Totango is its flexibility - you can group accounts by various data, build insights, create notifications, trigger internal and external tasks, and so much more. Truly, it's been a game changer - If I need something done or a new process, there's usually always a way to make it work in Totango. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I miss being able to directly integrate with my Google Calendar for booking meetings / meeting insights, but I've read this is on the roadmap! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Account management, optimizing customer journey & health, and customer marketing. Totango has consolidated what was formerly disparate record-keeping in Sheets, Airtable, and Trello, and has combined so much into one place with even better insights and actionable features. What do you like best about Totango?

It's difficult to choose, but I think I would have to say successplays/campaigns really stand out for my companies needs. The customization possibilities are endless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I'm still a newbie to Totango, but I know that our DSO team is having to rearrange their thinking of our to utilize the system to work for their parent/child relationships. Not a terrible thing but the initial thought process turned out to be a little different Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's really helping us stay on top of our churn, we are still fine tuning our data but as soon as that is finalized. I think we will be in awesome shape to get ahead of our churn and risks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

It's difficult to follow up on tasks, visibility is challenging sometimes. Metric boards could be user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango is our tool to track our activities with our existing customers.

Totango is being used by all our Customer Facing executives and managers, filling weekly updates on customer interactions, action items, feedback, etc.

Totango is an excellent tool for having same information and understanding of our activities with each customer and everyone interacting with them. Everyone has the same information and knowledge of weekly updates with them.

The combination of Totango and SalesForce provides smooth and complete information from sales to ongoing support and production.

What do you dislike about Totango?

We started not long ago using Totango and I cannot mention a specific area that we dont like. It requires of course to fill initial information but its obvious that this activity is needed to properly get what we expect from the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our main challenge was to have common view and visibility of our activities with our customers, have a tool that highlights weaknesses and missing actions as well as provides at all levels in the company the required information on a weekly basis update we are looking for. What do you like best about Totango?

Totango has automation for important tasks, customer communications and nurture campaigns that take some of the otherwise manual work off the plate of your CS team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango sometimes has limitations on reporting that can make the way we use accounts and products owned by accounts difficult to distinguish, analyze and make decisions on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
