The best part about using Totango is its flexibility - you can group accounts by various data, build insights, create notifications, trigger internal and external tasks, and so much more. Truly, it's been a game changer - If I need something done or a new process, there's usually always a way to make it work in Totango. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I miss being able to directly integrate with my Google Calendar for booking meetings / meeting insights, but I've read this is on the roadmap! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's difficult to choose, but I think I would have to say successplays/campaigns really stand out for my companies needs. The customization possibilities are endless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm still a newbie to Totango, but I know that our DSO team is having to rearrange their thinking of our to utilize the system to work for their parent/child relationships. Totango is being used by all our Customer Facing executives and managers, filling weekly updates on customer interactions, action items, feedback, etc.
Totango is an excellent tool for having same information and understanding of our activities with each customer and everyone interacting with them. Everyone has the same information and knowledge of weekly updates with them.
The combination of Totango and SalesForce provides smooth and complete information from sales to ongoing support and production.

We started not long ago using Totango and I cannot mention a specific area that we dont like. It requires of course to fill initial information but its obvious that this activity is needed to properly get what we expect from the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
