Totango has given us the ability to see things that we just could not see before. It is improving all the time, and the support that we get is top-notch. We are currently implementing Multi-Dimensional Health. This will be a game changer in the fact that Client Health will now be more objective, as opposed to being very subjective in the past. Would like more ways to slice data within Totango. Need to use Power BI for reporting on many issues. Improvements have been made here but would still like to see easier ways to send reports to others, especially non-Totango users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the straightforward way Totango facilitates a best practice for CS teams. I am able to bring all my data into one spot and use it to empower my CS team to continuous improve our relationship with customers. The mutli-dimensional health makes it easy to take into account the different ways we interact with customer and expect them to interact with our tool based on customer type and other attributes. So far the only issue I have run into is that Totango does not natively roll up the Jira tickets I have integrated into the total ticket volume. Instead I have to have someone on my team manually summarize the data on our end before uploading to Totango. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of integration is the best. I was able to connect it to Zoho, Zendesk as well as internal tools with the help of intermediate platforms like Zapier and Power Automate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting or building segments is not very intuitive. I also feel that the health ranking is somewhat misleading. It is heavily weighted on touchpoints. I'd like to see a more dynamic score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When there are more than 1000 users in a console, we have to put the email adress of all users with whom we have had contact in our touchpoint. This is a waste of time.
