The flexibility of campaigns and making custom segments, the support team helping me bringing in and integrating data that is unique to our company and business. We are new to Totango, initially purchasing off of a referal, and things have been great so far with everything I've explored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is understandable, but sometimes with an influx of data, it can be slow/not load when I am creating some campaigns, and it either freezes or crashes, which may also be my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Is not a dislike is like an improvement area, in previous months the platform was down in critical moments during internal audits or end of the month/quarter producing delays in the delivery of country and global results.
