What do you like best about Totango?

The flexibility of campaigns and making custom segments, the support team helping me bringing in and integrating data that is unique to our company and business. We are new to Totango, initially purchasing off of a referal, and things have been great so far with everything I've explored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

It is understandable, but sometimes with an influx of data, it can be slow/not load when I am creating some campaigns, and it either freezes or crashes, which may also be my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the size of our team, we are looking to find the optimal active and passive management for many accounts, particularly in reducing churn. We are looking to reduce churn, document and track perceived health, and manage accounts in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Lets you know the health status of each customer. Very user friendly. Allows for attachments of emails and other correspondence for each customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango has quite a lot of functionalities and it is hard to keep an overview of how all these can be used. More in-tool guides or learning opportunities would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can do so much with Totango that it is not always so intiuitive to use. You need to understand and follow the instructions first before using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

The ability to easily understand our customer's data in one platform. The ability to track daily KPIs of the team in a single dashboard. The ease of integration with other tools like Slack. And the super fast and responsive customer support. We love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Is not a dislike is like an improvement area, in previous months the platform was down in critical moments during internal audits or end of the month/quarter producing delays in the delivery of country and global results.
