What do you like best about Totango?

Gamification of the day-to-day. We do a lot of stuff through the day, it's nice to be able to capture this soft data and record the story of a relationship. The business loves it because it helps connect CSMs and upline management and also crystallises this information, valuable information and stores it as IP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Some of the key features seem to really not be applicable. It seems geared toward SaaS products, whereas I use it for more complex MS relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

We've implemented Totango for our new SaaS platform we recently launched in the market, after a CS Vendor selection we chose Totango due to:

* Great product and product experience

* Product filled with best practices which reduced the time to value and made the implementation very easy

* Great product release cadences, lots of great new features released in a short time

* Great Onboarding experience - was really fast and easy.

* Great support - fast and efficient to resolve the very few tickets I raised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

The reports module is not too rich and most of the data (scorecards and reports) are only shared internally in the system for users who are logged in to Totango.

What do you like best about Totango?

I love how easy it is to create email campaigns in Totango! I sometimes have to use HubSpot for email creation, and after working in Totango, I realize how much more user-friendly and intuitive Totango is. I love all of the component options that are built out as they are extremely easy to add to your emails and edit as needed. I also LOVE Totango's customer support team. They are very quick to resolve cases that I submit to them and they are thorough in their responses to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

The least helpful thing about Totango is that it cannot automatically skip holidays for ongoing email campaign sends. Also, I don't love how any time you create a copy of an email campaign, it moves it out of the folder you're currently working in, and then you have to click multiple times to get it moved back into the folder you originally wanted it in. One last thing I wish could be improved is that I often have to refresh my Totango browser in order for it to update with certain changes made within my Totango instance - I wish it could auto-update these changes without having to refresh. Totango helps me create an email campaign quickly - this benefits me as it saves me so much time when juggling multiple communication requests at once. It's also helping me solve how to track engagement metrics of the emails I'm sending! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

I love that I can do many things on Totango, creating a segment once and sending reports. Of course, there are some limitations, but one cannot ask for too much when so much is already presented to you! I have used a few of the CS tools, but I find Totango the most detailed, and as I said, once you get the hang of it, it is a breeze. The CS team brilliantly explained and guided me to set up canvases and success plays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I think it is incredibly overwhelming without some guidance at first. There were so many new tools and functions, and segments, and they were all foreign to me. I was given the administrator account but had not mastered the basics. Let me tell you, the fantastic Totango Customer Service team got me started. It consolidates all the necessary information, a bird's eye view and a detailed view when required. It summarized all my reports and helped me quickly identify risks and concerns with my clients.
