I love that everything is integrated into one place. I can easily see parent and child companies and their usage data. I love that I can send campaigns directly from one place and that I can send myself a preview prior to sending them to all my customers. The segmenting options are robust. I really appreciate that they listen to our feedback to improve. For example, they have added in an or logic now which is very useful!
They also have a great support and training department. The training sessions offered and helpful, hands-on, and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that there are limitations to user profiles. For example, I can't see individual user data on their main page. I also do not like that I can't see how the user interacted with the campaigns on their page. I have to click over to the campaign and sort it that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango is one of the best tool in keeping track of Client related information, many of activity which we do for our client. By looking on to the past activities done for client it helps us to plan activities which we can do for client in future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the program's simplicity, the option to personalize and save data in My Folder, its integration capabilities, and the efficiency it offers in creating and marking tasks as complete. Since using Totango, my job has become much easier and less stressful. Having tasks listed and ready to go has made each day more streamlined and efficient, not only for me but for our entire team. The automated email sends and tasks have been a real game changer and allow for so much more to be done each day without the continuous manual work. We like the customizable nature. The ability to easily create segments and pull data in real time is priceless! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We would really like to be able to add FUTURE scheduled events to accounts as that is large portion of our engagement work and not beign able to do so makes us have to use another tool prior to the event and dual document after the event. We'd also like to change the "reply after this line" to emails as it seems a bit less personal and has deterred some potential clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it tracks the account usage and notifies me of poor health and low usage so I can stay on top of those customers and get in front of any problems/concerns faster. It's easy to use, and implements well into Salesforce with integration. There are a lot of great features to organize account management. I use it daily! It's easy to get customer support if needed.
