What do you like best about Totango?

I use Totango as a Client Succes manager. It gives me a clear overview of my clients and thanks to the other tools that are available within the platform I always know what to do and how I can help my clients. What do you like best about Totango?

All of the tools from reports, segments, touch points, to tasks helps direct my day to day activities. Highly recommend for your CSM org or similar roles. A Totango tab is always open in my browser along with my email and calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

I do like the fact that information is easy to find. The look and feel is friendly once you get used to it and traking the customers is pretty easy. Also creating task, reports and alerts is very intuitive. I use it daily and it becomes easier as I have customize it to my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Integration to other apps is not too accurate, not sure if it depends on the third party or totango but few mistakes have been found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Totango?

I love being able to integrate my Google calendar to ensure that each client facing meeting has a task created. With this set up I am never forgetting to log key touchpoints. Setting up segments with key client data is benefical when I want to get a snapshot into what is happening with an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Not too many downsides that I can think of. As an end user, I really enjoy the simplicity, I have used other systems in the past that are too busy and I did not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango has the right ability to do 'tech touch' without requiring a lot of work from ops or dev teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some limited integrations, and some of the integrations that work feel like they are lacking. True integrations feel like they are not as numerous as other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
