What do you like best about Totango?

The Design and attention to detail. While using this software you can see that this is generated by and for Customer succes managers.Unlike some software made by and for developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

While implementing, we experienced a lot of changes in the main contact point. We had three different customer success managers in a reasonably short time. That could be handled differently.

Update: We even had more changes of points of contact and the level of ticket support is far under the expected reasonable level. After creating wichlist items a while ago none of these have been implemeted. Don't get me wrong, I understand not all wishess will be fullfilled and we do not decide on the roadmap as customers. However none of the 20+ items where we do get reasanable reactions, or they are not implemented in a usefull manner. These where eddid on request of the CSM. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to have a 360° view of the customer. Know what is going on to make our clients even happier. We believe that the maximum value for our clients should be our main priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango helps me organize my accounts and see customer activity. I like being able to track my accounts through stages/a pipeline and have all information in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Frequent bugs, data is delayed from our software, and it has issues syncing to our Salesforce account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

It can be a little slow and has alot of fields to fill in, just a little more complex than simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is keeping all my onboardings in one place and organized. It helps me know the stage I am at with the onboarding so I know who to prioritize and who to focus less on so I can plan my day better. What do you like best about Totango?

The software gives just the right amount of analytical data needed to be a quality product that helps. It's pretty flexible for adjusting such information, and pretty simple to use. I use totango on a day-to-day basis, and I needed only a few days to onboard. We have totango integrated into our CRM which is very useful, and had no issues/reason to contact customer support. What do you like best about Totango?

I like that it is focused on the specific tasks and job of the Customer Success Manager. Totango helps to organize the CSM's daily activities and allows me to monitor team performance against goals. As a manager of CSMs, it provides me with numerous tools to measure and monitor progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I wish that it was better integrated to our CRM system (Salesforce) and that all of the data from our warehouse was readily available in Totango. As with many Saas solutions, I don't like downtime or performance degradation as it interrupts daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Our business model isn't the typical Customer Success model, so we needed to find a platform that would allow us to customize features. The flexibility of Totango is what initially sold our team, but after implementation, it's even better than we could have imagined. There are so many capabilities that are benficial for multiple use cases.
