Not understanding how to create reports

While implementing, we experienced a lot of changes in the main contact point. We had three different customer success managers in a reasonably short time. That could be handled differently.
Update: We even had more changes of points of contact and the level of ticket support is far under the expected reasonable level. After creating wichlist items a while ago none of these have been implemeted. Don't get me wrong, I understand not all wishess will be fullfilled and we do not decide on the roadmap as customers. However none of the 20+ items where we do get reasanable reactions, or they are not implemented in a usefull manner. These where eddid on request of the CSM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that its organized to put in notes for every single step of the onboarding process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little slow and has alot of fields to fill in, just a little more complex than simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software gives just the right amount of analytical data needed to be a quality product that helps. It's pretty flexible for adjusting such information, and pretty simple to use. I use totango on a day-to-day basis, and I needed only a few days to onboard. We have totango integrated into our CRM which is very useful, and had no issues/reason to contact customer support. I like that it is focused on the specific tasks and job of the Customer Success Manager. Totango helps to organize the CSM's daily activities and allows me to monitor team performance against goals. Our business model isn't the typical Customer Success model, so we needed to find a platform that would allow us to customize features. The flexibility of Totango is what initially sold our team, but after implementation, it's even better than we could have imagined. There are so many capabilities that are benficial for multiple use cases.
