I like that I can pinpoint the health of an account based on several factors. Each of these are then broken down into sub-categories to help you really honne in on what is driving performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango makes sharing information with colleagues simple and effective. Integration with Outlook also allows easy conversion of shared meeting minutes into internal notes for tracking and sharing. Deepening knowledge and standardizing processes across not only your team, but also interdepartmentally is made trivial with the help of Totango.
There was very little learning curve when implementing the system into day to day tasks. If there were ever questions or issues, customer support was quick to provide solutions. I believe there is some room for improvement on Outlook integration - simplifying the number of times needed to login. Also may be opportunity to reduce the number of clicks needed to complete tasks/touchpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Totango has streamlined our processes by automating communication and retention processes through success plays. I like seeing customer health quickly and having that update automatically. The ability to generate presentations for quarterly business reviews has saved the manual labor it usually takes to create those slide decks for all of our clients. I also love being able to use Totango as a task manager. I love success plays and how they ensure we're triggering meaningful tasks around churn risk. I like that the feature requests we've put forward or our concerns with the product functionality have been addressed and a reasonable time frame. I love how Totango has the ability to keep track of many customer touchpoints in one location. Specifically the ability to have a 'checklist' within my account that breaks down the tasks per customer, so I keep them all organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's rather difficult to work with the canvases, as well as the timing of tasks. While I understand that Totango is not Project Management software, it would be beneficial to have tasks with dependencies, so you don't have to bucket everything into a time block. It's also a bit frustrating when checking off items on certain lists, as the list will re-prioritize, and if you're working quickly, you risk checking off items for different customers than you intended. Currently onboarding my team with Totango In-app but found it a bit frustrating with implementation. The communication hasnt been the best.
We are running into an issue with the in-app notifications being able to be seen by "everyone" - so for general announcements that apply to all users, it hasn't been working. We have not heard back from the Totango team yet, but, we are hoping to troubleshoot this and get solved so we can at least start using totango for those announcements!
We also noticed an issue with creating segments and found that our script isn't set to capture the user role (i.e. admin/patient/etc) so they aren't working as intended right now.

Our software has so many complexities when it comes to customer engagment that trying to capture ALL of the information in one place has proven near impossible. It just feels like another windo to open to type our notes into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy how easy it is to learn the platform. Also, the capability of sending one-to-many email campaigns is one that we value the most as we continue to grow. The ability to build a dashboard and track goals and KPIs is my favorite feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
