Easily keep any and all info on your clients in one place. Unresponsive support. Recently added a new CS to our team, totango didn't sent up their license for over a month, would not respond to us. When they eventually did set up their license, they gave them the wrong license. They did not let our company know that we would be losing our own Totango CS until well over a month after they had been let go. They did a massive layoff within the company and it shows. We've also recently started to experience integration issues and information not being pulled in correctly, we've received no help from support or any response on this issue. Totango equips me with the necessary customer insights. Whether it's assessing health scores, devising action plans, or scheduling follow-up tasks, Totango provides me with the essential resources to ensure customer success.
With Totango, logging information is seamless. I don't have to toggle between screens; I can conveniently forward emails directly to the relevant customer account or access the Totango app while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Within our organization, not all users have the opportunity to engage in a call with a Totango CSM. I believe it would be beneficial for Totango to disseminate insights, best practices, and other valuable resources in a scalable manner, beyond the interactions users have directly with Totango. Totango's user-friendly design makes it super intuitive and easy to use for new CSMs who have never worked with this kind of tool, but as a more experienced CSM I can also find all the tools and advanced functions I need for my more complex tasks.

The ease of the platform. The organization of all related data and how you can easily tag other co-workers within tasks, follow ups, etc! It easily integrates with google calendar and other day to day platforms that we find ourselves using when communication with accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there isn't much that I have disliked. It was easy platform to get used to and learn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like best about Totango is that it seems to help me complete tasks a bit faster. For instance, if I need to send out emails to a number of my clients on similar topics it is easy to go to the client, open the message, have access to everyone's contact information, and have my correspondence documented on their account as an historic record. I think it's a bit difficult to read. The formating could use a bit of work as sometimes I'm unsure why something is appearing on my dashboard. This could be that I haven't had much time to work with the product as it's new to my role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I LOVE Totango. It keeps all of the information about my customers in one place and reminds me what I need to do to help keep them happy. The health scores allow me to stay ahead of the game and ensure my customers can use my product successfully. The interface is easy to use and gives me all the information I need at a glance! There is a lot of work to do at the beginning, as is the case with most software. It's not difficult work, which is a bonus, and it's definitely worth taking the time to set the program up correctly, but it does take some significant time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
