I really love the digital signature feature for documents. It really helps to streamline compliance. I also like the accounting features as well, it so easy to keep track of income and expenses. Total Brokerage's support team are very helpful and knowledgeable. They respond quickly when I need assistance and their platform provides the necessary tools I need to run my real estate brokerage efficiently. I am a visual person. The visual component lacks and does not create a fun vibrant digital workspace. Functionality and ease of use is very important to me. There seems to be a lot of set-up that has to be manually done by the user and is slightly overwhelming at times. Customer Support will help you on some of the set up, which is a positive. I would like this portion to be more streamlined. I don't like the length of contract commitment, it has a negative mark for me. I feel that if you are confident in the product that you are marketing to the public, you shouldn't have to lock people in with a contract. You should be able to trust in your product knowing that people will love it so much they are going to want to stay on their own. If you are going to do agreements, I believe it should be a shorter length of time. I would like to see more functions available to the agent, such as, goal setting. Agents should be able to plug in how many closings, commission dollar amounts, time frame, etc. These milestone markers and trends will motivate them to produce. There are lot more features that small CRM companies are offering at a much lower cost. It would be nice for some of these things to be implemented into Total Brokerage at no additonal cost. Great technology behind this all-in-one transaction management and brokerage management platform, including marketing and email blasts, agent onboarding, QuickBooks integrations and so much more. Very customizable to my brokerage with my own forms. Easy to understand with wizards that create "paperwork" packages for your agents automatically, based on questions and packages you control. So much more. Customer support is very knowledgeable and extremely quick to respond. Built in FAQ covers practically everything. My agents love it and use it every day! After several years of still using the system, I honestly haven’t had anything that I dislike. In fact, there are so many options and features, I don’t even use them all!
