It's very user-friendly & our not-so-tech-savvy Loan officers love it. Also, it is straightforward for admins to set permissions for different marketing pieces easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There currently isn't a way for admins to view all contacts in the database easily for all users. We now have to individually go into each user's account to see their contacts, which means we cannot see overall who has overlapping contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The small bugs that neither support can help with and they always suggest contacting my csm, which is an email and a meeting to discuss. Sometimes the CSMs arent very technical so they don't have all the answers you need and need to go back. And before you know it, 1 month has passed and you still havent fixed something small.
