Mainly what I don't like about Total Expert is that although it is a tool that drives the creation of marketing campaigns to capture potential customers, it lacks a CRM tool to maintain perfect customer satisfaction, which generates the implementation of internal options to preserve the dedication of customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Total Expert:

I would mainly recommend that after you start running this product, you should look for integration alternatives with CRM tools or implement internal solutions to maintain a satisfactory contact with the customers you obtain, as this is one of the things that Total Expert lacks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without any doubt, Total Expert is minimizing the problems that we had with our marketing campaigns to attract the attention of more lucrative customers; also, this tool is giving us great financial benefits that have been occurring due to our growth in the customer base by marketing campaigns that have been created which have increased our profitability to more than 5% with a very effective contact management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
