Topleft has allowed me to visualize the project management module from our CRM Connectwise. It has provided Kanban boards where there were none and allowed us to track projects in a more efficient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like any software there are bugs from time to time that cause issues with how we are use to using the software. The upside is that the TopLeft team is very responsive and are very quick to review and resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have to ability to not only auto-prioritize my Helpdesk Tier I-III, but I can also set boundaries around Connectwise SLAs inside the product so that if they are close to breaching, they get notified. TopLeft has been a wonderful visualization tool for our non-technical or managerial staff. Rather than looking at long lists of projects and tasks, they are able to see color-coded and simple views of where a project is! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Expensively licensed in a per-user model. If a technician/engineer is not licensed within TopLeft, you do not see any of their tasks that have been assigned to them. It gets spendy quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, the system only allows us to see 1 type of activities with Autotask, tickets or projects. While that works today, we were hoping to use the tool to complement the lack of manageability of AT project management system, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TopLeft allows us to visualize our team's workload and allows our service coordinator to control the flow of work to each tech which has dramatically improved our ticket flow and lowered our backlog to on average less than 8 hours. The thing I like least about TopLeft is respositioning tickets, if the queue is longer than your browser window it's awkward to arrange them other than pushing them to the top. I'd like to see the option of moving a ticket to a specific spot in the queue A "Send to Position" option where you can specify a position number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The colour coding and thresholds allows our team to zero in on what's important or getting overdue, and take action before things get out of SLAs.
