I've used Toodledo for over 10 years and it has been one of the best productivity and task-tracking systems that I've ever tried. Its webpage is easy to navigate and works well, but even more importantly the app is seamlessly integrated and works perfectly. I use it for both business and personal tasks and have used it every day of my adult professional life. I have the plus plan and the customer support team is responsive to direct inquires/tickets. After trying top task managers I found Toodledo the most complete and simple to use. I use it everyday, it's responsive even with hundreds of tasks. Toodledo is suitable for basic and advanced users, customizable and full of features. After five years I compared Toodledo with its main competitors and still found it the best in class. Good integration with other apps and enviroments. After five years I never lost any of my data, it's reliable and saves me time and worries. I'm always looking for tools that show a lot of information, making it easy to scan. Too many tools nowadays seem built for phones and tablets only, with a TON of white space - which on a desktop, is all wasted space. There's nothing I don't like about Toodledo, really. It would be nice to have a screenshot of a URL pop up when you hover over-top of URLs, in a task note or a list, like a tool tip. But that's not a need, more a want. 🙂 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Toodledo has been around for a very long time and I have been a user and paying customer for a very long time as well. The application does a very good job for task management and offers a lost of options for the user to customize it to his own workflow and liking. The new owners are doing a very good job supporting the solution and making it evolve through time to remain competitive and relevant. It integrates well with many third party applications. It has a very flexible and robust set of folders, contexts, and even tags. Allows you to manage the different type of tasks across different projects. The recurring feature is also highly flexible allowing me to choose certain weekdays and even specific days of the week, or even after an arbitrary number of days.
