We use Tock for offer multiple different experiences in our dining room. It helps us to keep track of repeat guests, new diners, or last-minute cancellations, in addition to guest notes and special occasions. Tock is super versatile. For example, we noticed that early diners have shorter turn times, so we were able to adjust the reservation block to reflect this. Would highly recommend Tock to other restaurants. Rock is pretty easy to use. The user interface is pretty intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
