What do you like best about Tock?

Tock allows guests to make their own reservations while respecting our needs to manage simultaneous arrivals. It FURTHER allows us to create SPECIAL EVENTS to enroll event guests, collect their ticket fees, and collect their meal selections all in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tock?

It DOES take a Tock administrator some repeated study, practice, and experience to fine-tune timing and table layouts for our diverse room layouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tock allows us to easily identify times where pacing may become an issue. It further helps our guests pick their favorite seating in our restaurant on any given day and book their visit without our involvement. This saves on staffing costs and increases guest satisfaction. What do you like best about Tock?

I enjoy using tock for work, but I enjoy how easy it is to use. No trouble at all for people learning how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tock?

I dislike that Tock is not integrative with AMS (Customer Relations System) as we have thousands of files that need to get uploaded in Tock. Makes us do more manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the winery, we had difficulty figuring out table layout and reservation times as we deal with walk-in guests all the time. Tock has made it easier for us to assign guests to our wine educators at specific tables. It helps our tasting room flow better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tock?

We use Tock for offer multiple different experiences in our dining room. It helps us to keep track of repeat guests, new diners, or last-minute cancellations, in addition to guest notes and special occasions. Tock is super versatile. For example, we noticed that early diners have shorter turn times, so we were able to adjust the reservation block to reflect this. Would highly recommend Tock to other restaurants. It took our team a little bit of time to get to know the platform, but once we did, it all felt easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tock?

The intergration with the POS is a little tricky at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplifies and maximizes turn times. Ability to take deposits on certain days eliminates no shows. Creating events and special days is a plus and easy to arrange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tock?

I have a little difficult time remembering how to edit certain things in the system (but then I just call the hospitality managers & they always walk me through the steps & are of a huge help)! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tock?
