Tock is user-friendly reservation management sytem, with value-added features that help us offer unique expereinces to our guests. The implemenation process was easy due to great design, but importantly a team of supportive experts every step of the way. Thanks to Tock we have been able to more effectively communicate to guests what options they have, while allowing us to capture more revenue per booking and reduce no-shows by over 95%. The software is easy to understand and use and offers integration with other software we were already using. The data we get from Tock is meaningful and actionable across the organzation from concierge, to marketing and finance. Plus, we can get our data from the system quickly in a few clicks - nothing is locked away with the vendor. We use Tock daily, not only as our reservation platform, but also as a central communication tool so everyone has an overview of what is happening each day. Users can see in real time what is happening where on the property. With two dynamic versions of the software (slot and flex), we are able to use the same software for different busness units (winery and restaurants) within the same business group.
