There are a few places where we have to use boilerplate language if we use certain features - so we end up having conflicting messaging. That's frustrating. Wish we could customize that. The visual aspect and layout of the blueprints is easy to show experiences and book. I especially like that it integrates with Wine Direct. Custom Support is quick to respond and that is much appreciated. We also like the customization for sending confirmation emails and reminders as well as follow up emails. We wish there were more reporting options to show the actual amount hat is paid and not just what is due. Guests add on to their appointments at the last minute all the time and seeing what they already paid vs what is due would be easier for our reporting on sales. We'd also like a refund option that does not remove the gratuity. Our policy is to comp tastings when someone joins the club, but the new members still wish to tip their host, however it is removed once the tastings get comped.
