What do you like best about Tock?

Some common sense quality of life issues need to be fixed, such as trying to create multiple closed days in a row. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows us to customize our reservation template to a much more granular level than other platforms. We offer multiple experiences and can clearly outline them for guests, whereas Resy only allowed us 15 characters on a button to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tock?

Tockk has had amazing customer service and has really helped us hone in on our business. Deposits have decreased cancellations dramatically since we started taking them and integration into our day-to-day has been smooth as possible. The biggest thing I respect about talk is that they have not changed their pricing since we signed up with them 6+ years ago. This goes along way with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tock?

There are often a lot of changes to the platform which can make it slightly difficult to train staff. I will say that the communications on the changes are quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tock solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Tock?

After years of using TOCK as a business and consumer, I find it very easy to navigate. It is most up to date with new and high end dining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tock?

Having sections for guest notes, easy to reference icons, and team access to accounts is helpful. It helps the team to communicate prior to visits leading to a seamless experience for the guest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tock?

I wish businesses could edit user names and email addresses. With our integration in our CRM it often creates duplicate acocunts for guests who misspell their name or email and we can't merge the accounts becuase it won't corredtly map back to Tock (i.e. if they are a club member) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At our vineyard and winery the best features of Tock are the CRM capabilities that allow our staff to leave and read insights about our clients as well as its integrations in our POS software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
