It makes tracking my book of business easy; they have a ton of powerful ways to look at the data within the CRM, and they gave me access to the API, so I can also look at the data however I want on my end. The guys at TLD are also super helpful at answering questions, helping us problem solve, building new reports, etc. They also add features that we request regularly. That's just the reporting side of things, but the dialer functionality and ability to monitor your agents on the phone is also extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 24/7 real time support is unprecedented for dialers. TLD is a full contact center solution with its lead developer on call at a moments notice for any and ALL issues that come up. Through Slack I'm able to reach out to them for something as simple as functionality questions or as complex as system customization requests. This is vital in the callcenter world where every second can mean money lost or unrealized sales. Most of the time when we have a concern its addressed by the lead architect of the system. There are few downsides but the only one that comes to mind is the telephony sidewinder's of the system is Vici and sometimes that can cause limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using TLD and their new Vici dialer integration for the past few months and can honestly say we are very impressed. Between the insightful feature set, flexibility in reporting, and solid reliability, we are very happy with this solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
