I love that it is one of the more simple tools out there to onboard a team to - it has all the features that I need right now. I use it for every single meeting (internal and external). The ability to look back at notes and send recordings internally has been amazing! Once my team scales, it'll still be one of the cheapest on the market. Their social media content is top notch as well!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing I dislike is 100% on me - I haven't upgraded yet, so I haven't been able to utilize most of the cooler features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is just amazing for recording my calls on Meet and Zoom! Setting it up was super easy, and the best part is that it starts automatically with every call, so I don’t have to worry about a thing. I love that the recordings and notes are shared immediately with everyone involved, making collaboration so much smoother. Plus, it’s really easy to go back and watch the videos and check the notes from each meeting. In short, it’s a user-friendly tool and perfect for anyone with a lot of video calls during the week. I honestly don’t know how I managed without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I’ve found is that if I want to prevent a participant from receiving the recording or notes after the meeting, there’s no option to do that automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't even have to think about it! tl;dv automatically starts at the beginning of my Zoom, Meet or Teams meetings without me having to remember to login or start anything. And sharing it with other team members is easy too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Zoom in my web browser and I have the desktop application - I didn't realize that I had to download something different for tl;dv to work for Zoom on desktop. This was likely just user error but so far the only thing I haven't liked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No more need to take minutes at business meetings.
It is as if we have hired one person in charge of taking minutes!
It is very convenient because it is summarized in a variety of templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The minutes are in Japanese, so there is no problem, but it would be easier to recommend to team members if the functionality is explained in Japanese. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to record and transcribe meetings seamlessly, especially with its impressive accuracy in transcribing languages beyond English, including Brazilian Portuguese, which outperforms many competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I’m still a new user, I haven’t encountered significant issues yet, but it would be great to have even more customization options for transcription formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a UX Research consultant, I've found tl;dv to be helpful for my client meetings as well as customer/target market interviews. It's helped me stay present in the meetings knowing that the information will be there after the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. If I had to choose something, I'd say the UX/UI is a bit overwhelming at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and navigate, options are straight-foward and number of features that helped us track down our important meeting using the AI notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None so far, it would be suggestion and enhancment for macOS users that if for manual recording of the teams meeting, sliding to the next window disconnects the recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transcribes everything said in a super precise way and creates highly executive summaries with the most important points from meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my educational sector, there are no automated AI systems that would be very helpful. I would integrate some version for a speaker that records in-person meetings - this would be amazing!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best things are as follows:
1. One click helps me copy the recording link and the summary and relevant timestamps of various discussion points.
2. I can add prompts to the AI chat - and get exact insights, quotes and relevant extracts from the call - to share with the company/management.
3. I can cut specific clips out of entire calls - and join them together - to create shareable reels.
4. It is light, does not consume a lot of memory and does not slow my system down.
5. The entire company has access to it—the product can listen in to CS and support calls, and customer-facing/revenue-driven teams can learn more about the product and tech—all via one single library.
6. Implementation is super easy - provide access via email IDs. It integrates with G meet, Zoom, Teams - and even has a chrome extension as well as a desktop app - that you can choose to install
7. I emailed the COO/CEO themselves about some feedback and was offered a chance to meet with the stakeholders, so customer support is breezy!
8. I use it frequently—at least five times daily—for meetings and to extract insights and action items for myself from the calls that I have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently, the AI prompts given to extract insights were not working.
I needed it for a presentation. Only this one feature was sort of lagging on a specific day.
Probably due to some ongoing issue with the LLM engine they based it on - not a big one. But worth mentioning.
Still, love it, nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
