What do you like best about tl;dv?

Sending TLDV to meetings I can't attend and using the transcript feature has given me a huge boost in productivity. Being able to quickly navigate to tricky parts of a conversation and recap at speed about complex chats has been a game changer.

Their support has been excellent and the price point makes sense.

I now use it in every meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

So far so good - I would like to see an expansion of the transcript feature, making it easier for me to export and share key points of a meeting to anyone in my team regardless of them being a tldv user.

It would also be great if I could use it as a screen / audio recorder and pull transcripts from that as not all platforms allow for recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tl;dv?

I love that I can focus on what people are saying in the meeting and not on taking notes. I feel like when I take notes, I can't focus on the meeting itself. TL;DV allows me to interact in our meetings while still being able to keep track of our meetings. It's super easy to intergrate into our meetings online and very easy to use. I've used it 10 times this week and It's been great each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

It is Ai, so you do have to pay attention to the details. It's not perfect, but if you go into your meeting knowing certain words or phrases such as take this note or this action item needs to be completed, it helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tl;dv?

I've been using tl;dv for a while now, and I have to say, I absolutely love the UX. It’s intuitive, clean, and just feels right—nothing about it is janky or clunky. Everything flows smoothly, which makes using the tool genuinely enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

If you’re looking for a video tool that nails usability and offers powerful, practical features, tl;dv is a winner. The only minor thing I might dislike is that sometimes there are so many features, it takes a bit to explore them all and can be overwhelming. I also wish the c/p transcript option was available in the free plan and wasn't capped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tl;dv?

What sets tl;dv apart is its seamless integration into platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, and MS Teams. The ability to automatically record and transcribe meetings is a huge time-saver. Features like tagging key moments, creating shareable clips, and generating AI-powered meeting notes make post-meeting reviews incredibly efficient. I particularly love the customizable templates for structuring summaries and action points—ideal for tailoring insights to different teams or projects. Its intuitive UI ensures you can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding. The robust free plan, which includes many advanced features, is also a standout. What do you dislike about tl;dv?

While tl;dv is a fantastic tool, one small downside is that the AI-generated notes occasionally miss subtle nuances or context from complex discussions. This isn’t a major issue but does mean that for very detailed conversations, a quick review of the transcript might still be necessary. A bit more polish in this area would make an already great tool even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tl;dv?

I use it every day for business meetings.

It's very convenient because you can look back on the other party's needs later.

The summary is accurate enough, and it's not

I'm Japanese, and the conversation is in Japanese, but the log is also appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

If I had to say something, it would be that Japanese logs have spaces between characters, making them difficult to transcribe, which is an area that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tl;dv?

tl;dv has been a helpful addition to my workflow. It listens to calls and creates concise notes, which saves time and makes follow-ups easier. The notes are well-structured and include key points and action items, so I don’t have to go back and watch the entire recording.

I like how it integrates smoothly with platforms like Google Meet & I use it in every day. It’s useful for keeping track of meetings without getting overwhelmed by the details, and it allows me to stay more present during discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

Limitation on the free version can be liberalised... for example giving 30x AI Meeting Notes instead of 10x Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tl;dv?

Extremely complete AI copilot for meetings, it transcripts and records video extremely well. Resumes and important goals / topics discussed which I consider a basedline. Where it gets good, is that it integrates with all the CRMs out there, and give you valuebale insights such as time spent speaking (specifically who and for how long). And you can download everything!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

Maybe it could be faster joining meetings, but it eventually does! Not a deal breaker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tl;dv?

Meetings are something that happen every day in our business so we needed a tool that could keep up with multiple use several times a day. What I really love about tl;dv is not only the really accurate transcription, but that I can pin certain points of the meeting to reference later and also create little clips that I can stitch into a reel to send to my clients after! This way, they get the most important information that they need without having to search throughout an entire hour or two hour long meeting to find the few minutes that they really need! After testing a number of various tools, this one is by far my top choice and something that I am now recommending to all of my clients! It was super easy to set up and get up and running quickly (in fact I did it in about 5 minutes before a meeting started!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

I'm a bit disppointed that the custom bot name is only on the higher pricing tiers. When you are the sole person in your company there is no need for those other advanced features but I would love to be able to rename my bot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
