We have been working withe the Vesta team for about 5 or 6 years, they have helped us build a consumer community of over 20,000 members. We're able to gather lots of consumer insight to help us make business decisions. The Vesta team is so helpful in all aspects of managing our community and developing/executing strategies. There isn't anything specific that I dislike about Vesta. The team is incredibly supportive and ready to problem-solve when hiccups arise. This year my team had limited bandwidth to manage our community as closely as we had in years past. We have worked with Vesta for 3 years now and it has been great to see them grow as a company and a platform. They are authentic individuals that are always a pleasure to work with. They aren't your typical agency trying to sell you something. They are passionate about your brand, they want to see you succeed, and you can see their passion for what they do. We love the different ways we get to engage with our consumers through missions, surveys, or discussions. We loved their newest poll feature for getting answers to quick questions! We recently launched a rewards system with Vesta's new point feature, which has helped spark engagement. Our community members love the rewards, and we love the attention and excitement it creates! We utilize the platform to run two different communities simultaneously. We utilize the Vesta Team to help manage one of these programs, while working on our other programs in-house. We've had some hiccups when it came to managing these two communities separately, as well as coming across some technical issues and needing workarounds. The Vesta team is always extremely helpful when fixing any issues, or helping us with any tasks we can't do ourselves. They've helped look over our work when trying something new and offering their advice. While there are some things their platform can't do, they always encourage open dialogue to listen to what we as well as other brands are looking for and come out with new services and features. I absolutely loved collaborating with the Vesta team. Our account manager was on top of all the activities and projects we had running at once and she did a great job of making sure we had enough runway time to brief our internal team. The insights team is next level! We were able to gather so much data on our target audience and then use that data in a way that lead to deep engagement with the brand turning our fans in brand advocates which is hard to do when brand loyalty doesn't necessarily exist the way it used to. The backend of the platform was very user-friendly and the Vesta team was able to share "how-to" guides and advice for setup if my team ever got stuck. When we were first building our community some of the features that we were looking for weren't available however the product team was on top of integrating those features into the product pipeline so over time the features we were looking for were built in.
