I use Timecamp daily for work, which made my life easier in many ways. Not having to track down every minute I work and the fact that they implemented the possibility of linking TimeCamp to my working software sealed the deal. My boss can now know precisely how much I worked each month and I don't have to stress about it. As far as I know, the costumer support is always active, but being only a user I hadn't had the need to contact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the report tab is a bit confusing because it groups all the jobs together and does not allow you to see them individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great app for tracking a remote team such as working from home. It can be synchronized with apps such as Asana. It can calculate labor and project costs. Very easy to use. You can continue using the app with the available mobile app. There is an essential desktop app that reports the software and files used during the reported time, which is very important for the managers and directors to make business decisions and increase our teams' capability and availability. Great automatic reports. Great Customer Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Some small things can be improved such as selecting the task from Asana with a bigger pop-up screen (from its webpage).
- Make a redo button available for a longer period if a task is deleted (it only appears a few seconds after deleting a task).
- All tasks should be available in the selection tasks even if the task from Asana has been closed (the bullet selection button could show archived tasks and open tasks).
- Historical data is available for the TimeCamp team's active users, guests, and ex-employees who are not active.
- Automatic reports to me custom-made by the manager with the desired information. These automatic reports can also be generated at the desired frequency.
- Improve the usage of TimeCamp mobile when there's no internet connection available and want to use third-party apps such as Asana (be able to download the Asana task list to be available offline for example). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once, many years ago, I've searched for a personal time tracker that would meet the following requirements:
- it resides in my OS tray
- it's very easy for tracking, no more then two clicks per job
- it's very easy when getting the total time spent on the jobs per day
- it's free regarding said functionality
I've choose TimeCamp then, and I use it till now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is just on thing that could be better in the product: one click (instead of the real actual two clicks) to get to the total spent time value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I been using TimeCamp as a individual user for over a year. I am a freelancer, and it's very important for me to know how much I've spent on each project. With that being said, TimeCamp has shown itself to be very useful! It has a lot of useful features. such as automatic project tracker, task widget, weekly timesheets and progress reports. And it's so very convenient to use. I simply installed it on my PC, and it tracks my activity every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since I'm using a free version of TimeCamp, and have been for just a year, I don't think I have anything to complain about. Maybe one thing that annoys me, is that TimeCamp seems not to be working with Brave browser. Looks like it doesn't recongnize the pages I'm visiting. Maybe that's the only complain. The best thing would definetly be all the functionallities you get on the free plan. I can easily create projects and tasks and track the time I spend working on each. If I forget to put on the timer, no worries. I can always add other time logs manually. On the free plan you can only downlad reports on PDF, but thats more tha enough, since you can filter your reports (by users, days, projects, tasks, etc) so easily and then export exacty what you want. I almost always use the web version, but the desktop app is also fantastic.
I use TimeCamp every day as a freelancer and I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I would like to see (perrhaps its already available for paid plans, I don't know if its available for free plans) has to be the ability for the tracker to also track what apps are we using while tracking a task. For example, if I tracked a 2 hr task, perhaps the log could tell me how much time out of those 2 hours I spent working on a particular software like Adobe Premiere or Illustrator. I believe I can track the time spent on a browser like Chrome/Safari with the browser plugin, but not sure how to track other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's synchronization of Jira (project management tool) helps me work on that with time tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am using desktop version and It's widgets can be a little bit improved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application is really easy to use. Once you install it, you can divide the different tasks into different categories that would allow you to track the time spent in each project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it tracks time even though nothin is being done in the computer, so it might not be as accurate as the app tells you it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to use and provides very good project-level visibility. After creating an account, you simply create projects and nest tasks within them, and you can start tracking the time spent on each one.
I use it for repetitive tasks (that I want to streamline), for tasks I'm looking to automate (to measure the impact of automation), and for personal matters such as logging the hours I dedicate to studying each subject.
Although I haven't used them, I consider the dashboard and billing rates features very useful for tasks requiring charging by time (such as consultancy or legal services). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I prefer to use the web app because the Windows app sometimes replicates a task (not always, but it could happen). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is quite easy to use. I just click on my link, and enter my client, time, and description. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really like your recent report design change. There is way too much white space, the page layout is inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing I got out of time camp was the precise tracking of time. It was very easy to use and implement into my daily job activities. The charts and graphs were easy to intrepet and use to help me determine which job tasks take the longest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside to TimeCamp is that you have to pay a little just to get the best features depending on what your daily tasks are and what you're using TimeCamp for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
