What is most helpful about Time Tracker by eBillity is that it is super easy to use but also includes all of the features for organizing and planning billing times within the company. I love that I can see how much time I have spent in my week on different projects which helps me organize my week better! To track my hours, it only takes a few clicks because the program saves each project, and I never have to fill it in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Time Tracker by eBillity is that there is a small issue where every once in a while the line I create to document my time duplicates itself and separates the time I spent on the week into two categories. I'm not sure why this has not been fixed yet, but hope they resolve the issue soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is relatively easy to jot down time for various projects quickly. The table layout is quick to use with a keyboard and mouse. It is also nice that the front page dashboards can give you an at-a-glance view of monthly, weekly breakdown of projects/. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a upload feature for CSV, matching columns. Should be possible, but isn't available. On the flip side it would be nice for the data to export as clean columns too, whereas it comes out with merged columns for totals, which makes analysis in Excel more difficult. Specific to our instance, it is also hard seeing all of the possible projects even though 90% are not ones I am part of. Would like to have some kind of favorited list so that I could manually pare down my options to only what I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Time management - tells us where we are focusing/which clients are most important.
Employee accountability - We have a documented report of hours spent. Helps keep focus.
Project timeliness - We can project manage off-site.
Information valuable to future bids - We can look back in one place on similar past projects to make informed decisions on future projects.
Redundancy to pay stubs - Allows employees a second reference to their pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every time I login, I receive an error message: Oops. Our system could not process your request.... etc. I wish it would take me straight to the home screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Time Tracker for almost 6 years while working at my current job. It's very easy to use with just using simple pulldown menus to select the project(s) I am assigning my time to for the day. It's also easy to go back and review previously submitted time sheets and copy and paste previous ones if your current week is the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no dislikes about it aside from I think it would be if my company used job numbers instead of just finding the project by it's address in the Time Tracker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a company that bills time by the job, eBillity makes it easy for us to track exactly how much time our employees spend on each job. As the individual in charge of processing payroll and handling HR, I appreciate that I can tailor the options for jobs, payroll items, etc. for each individual employee. Since all of our billing is handled in QuickBooks, the integration that eBillity offers with QuickBooks is extremely important to us. The process is straightforward and easy to set up and use. On occasion, we have had employees enter their time but the system has not saved it (even when autosave is on). We have also encountered some minor issues with the mobile app duplicating data. When we updated our QuickBooks software a year or so ago, we did encounter some issues setting the integration back up; however, customer support was very helpful in getting this resolved in a timely manner. Overall, the issues we have had are minimal considering the benefits of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy it is to keep up with the amount of time you are billing to a specific project or client. It helps us know where time is spent in these particular accounts, which can help us decide who should work where when deligating tasks in our client's accounts. The only thing I dislike is that you can't have more than one timer running at a time, which makes sense, but it is just a tiny pet peeve of mine. Other than that, it is super easy to use and makes keeping track of billable time so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that the timer automatically starts, but you can also manually start it when you need to. I also like how easy it is to see the work that I have already done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not as responsive as a desktop timer because it goes through the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of implementation is amazing. Other softwares requires expensive hardwares. The app and software integration is seamless. With the cost of merely $24 per user per month when paid yearly, it saves so much time. I love the vacation feature as well as the holidays. Usually this had to be done manually but with ebility it is easy to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At $24 per user there is nothing to dislike. It is one of the best out there. Kronos which is another enterprise time keeping software costs an arm and a leg to implement. But Ebility focus on maintainability and usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time Tracker/ eBility is super easy to use! We keep track of our time and can send invoices to clients in a way that they can see exactly what we did and how long it took us to complete that task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes TimeTracker goes down ,or offline, and we have to write down our time to keep track until it comes back up, but otherwise I have no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
