It helps calculate employee efficiency, and various reports can be beneficial. Easy to navigate through. Our employees find it easy to work with, and it seldom has issues. The administrator side is also easy to understand and user-friendly. The communication it has with QuickBooks is integral to our company's accounting. The comment section is super helpful. When we have called in for help, someone is always available and has the answers. **What problems is Time Tracker by eBillity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not too many problems. Benefits are that I'm able to pull reports on employee efficiency and thus can make informed decisions. My client manages the administrative work of setting up the billing codes and billable rates behind the scene. It syncs with their Quickbooks system seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Time Tracker by eBillity?** eBillity does not work well with macOS, other automation tools, or time trackers that I prefer. I did try to set up Zapier, but it did not work as expected and was spotty at best. Like my peers, I end up spending hours each month on the repetitive data entry work manually. I have to send the data into our team and have them fix it. We are busy and don't have time to sit through hours of videos and training documentation. Because of the navigation, Time Tracker is intuitive and takes just a few minutes to accurately and effectively enter time.
