The ease. I have never used a service like this before and was intimidated about getting started. I had it first page up and running in no time. When I did have a question, Trey was there with the answer on no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how customizable the ticket pages are - you can make it match the vibe of whatever event you're hosting. I also find the page builder to be extremely intuitive. The customer service offered through the char feature is extremely helpful. IN particular team member Key has gone above and beyond to help me find work arounds for some quirky needs we have. Some of the features I had gotten used to with our last ticketing service are not available. In particular, not having reminder emails available for recurring events is unfortunate and aggrivating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ticket Spice is so easy to use, either for seasoned veterans like myself or people who are new to the fundraising scene! The customer service is UNMATCHED!!! Amazing!!

Not easy to figure out how to get around the site. Also, a glitch happened a few weeks into the campaign where the numbers of tickets a customer could buy was set to ZERO. Not sure if I did this or it happened within the site, but it was three-four days before I was alerted--by a customer. I feel that the system should be able to flag this. We use tocketapice to retail tickets to our Maple Syrup Experience and Outdoor winter activities. After trying several systems ticketspoce has been the most flexible and customizable. Setup has been relatively easy and we have been able to do special bookings, custom links for groups, coupons, discounts, endless reports. Although support isn't always love they do respond quickly. They have always found a suitable answer quickly. We appreciate that there system hasn't needed any odd workarounds to find solutions. Every system we tried before this wasn't a viable solution. The most helpful thing was that there was always someone waiting to help. Clicking the help button got me a person and not a bot. If there would not be someone to help right away, due to a staff meeting or such, It would tell you they would be back in 30 minutes, or whatever the case may be. The size of the printed tickets from home was 2 pieces of paper, I adjusted my print settings and got it to fit on one page, but several people still commented on the inconvenient size. Also, users had trouble purchasing tickets on their phones and would call me for assistance. It may just have been a problem with the older generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
