Ease of Setup for the venue and the ticketing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like to see some facility for adding HTML into the HEAD or into the section directly after </HEAD> to allow for better use of tracking data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TicketSpice allowed me to go from account creation to ticket sales launch literally overnight. Their customer support was on hand to answer questions in moments. I plan to use TicketSpice for ongoing events now that I have experienced the platform and had great responce from those buying tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have loved the service and plan to create my second event soon. I am wondering if it is possible to sell on a seating chart like other similar platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use. As with anything new, it took me a while to set up my first page, but the chat was readily available and super helpful through my learning process. Since then, I set up pages with ease. The copy function is helpful, the analytics are great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure, so far my experience has been good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TicketSpice's customer service is excellent. Everytime I have had a questions they have tried to answer it quickly. I have never really waited for a response. If I come across something I think the platform should or could do they have listened and said they would add it to their list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, I think their could be a better way to keep track of tables for reserved seating. I also think that when you are purchasing a ticket you should be able to hover over the table to see the number and not have to click on it. or have the table number appear in the center of the table itself. TicketSpice is a reliable ticketing platform. It has outstanding options for assistance from highly qualified people. They will also assist in anything from minor ticketing tweaks to entire ticket builds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times there are specialized capabilities not yet developed or set up that apply to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use of the site makes it easy to navigate the site, which in turn makes troubleshooting a breeze. The app is a nice addition to on the ground sales and customer check in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a large-capacity theatre the site cant handle some of our day-to-day issues. At times the app has diffuclty handing multiple app keys, We've found that it requires a like of dedicated wifi bandwith to handle the load, which acan be challanging in certain locations. The best thing about TicketSpice is how much cheaper their ticket fees are when compared to others. We had been with a bigger name before, but their ticket fees were becoming way too high and were frustrating our customers.
Customer service has been quick to respond to questions (usually within minutes during business hours). One technician (Key), even made a Loom video for us to watch, to help us see how to work through an issue.
Another feature I like is that emailed ticket confirmations look like they are coming from our email acocunt (with our business name, not the the ticket company name). That's been a nice change in making the switch to TicketSpice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We still haven't found the right balance in permissions for our staff (ie the ability to access certain levels of data without having to give them permission to see everything). More options on this end would be helpful (especially when accessing customer contact information). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Always on top of the latest trends and always respond quickly and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't found anything yet. Always there with the answer when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the best things about TicketSpice has been the fast support responses. I've used their support chat multiple times and they were able to solve all my issues within one conversation. I also like all the features TicketSpice offers. It's practically just as much functionality as Eventbrite for a MUCH more reasonable cost to event organizers. We created our first conference event with TicketSpice and it was very easy to learn the interface and teach other staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't like that there were some hidden stipulations to get the 2.99% credit card fees. We were unable to meet those stipulations and had to settle for the 3.5% fee that was not very well communicated from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is one of the most user friendly ticket softwares I have ever used, and the page designer is simple. The customer support team is very responsive and usually replies within twenty minutes, and they go out of their way to help you solve problems. The compatability with Square and Authorize.net is helpful for anyone using that existing software. The pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does have some limited features for reserved seating such as the inability to refund part of an order. However, you can work around this by creating a discount code for the seats, so it is not too inconvienent. You also cannot create one page for recurring reserved seating events unless you use the Regfox pages or create multiple pages for each date the event is recurring.
