I found the platform very easy to use. When I did have questions the online support was rapid and very helpful. At least once and possibly more times, support sent me a personalized video to answer my question - none of the chatbot sending you to long tedious articles to pore over which don't answer your concerns.
In one key moment, I had more orders than I had seats at my venue on the day of the event.- support clarified for me in a very timely way that the additional orders were for add on merchandise.
Also my box office manager was easily able to download and use the app for checkins day of the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't like that their logo showed up when I embedded their page into my sales page. However, that's a ton better than sending them to Eventbrite where Eventbrite is pushing other people's event right when my customer is deciding whether or not to buy.
I also felt limited by the file size limit on the email feature and the limited formatting options. I ended up exporting all the ticket purchasers to my own ESP to be able to do what I needed to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's pretty customizable, with lots of ways to create really eyecatching, professional looking pages that work well. There are also a lot of features that we can make use of to simpify check in. There are also lots of opportunities to shape communications with our audience. And, of course, the pricing is really good.
It's got a bit of learning curve to use well, but the customer support has been excellent (and I've used it alot) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Ticketspice has a ton of features, it can be a lot to manage and use efficiently. It's also a little tricky to do things like export a useful attendee list without resorting to some Excel acrobatics. It is a little complicated to use well... the various opportunities to customize things also give you ample opportunity to make mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First, I most like working with Alex and knowing I have an account person to connect with. Creating a new business and trying to find the best ticketing software is not easy, and he always responded to my requests timely and went above and beyond by following up. I can say it is not always the case to have a company, especially a web-based ticketing company that treats you like a human. This is my business and ticketing is how I generate revenue--the most important piece of my businesss. Alex has been helpful and I do not lose sleep worrying if I can reach him when a question arises or I get stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see some customization for tours. I like how FareHarbor has a calendar displays. If there's anyway to get my 2 city tours to populate 1 big calendar that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I couldn't figure out a specific customization on multiple occasions, so I reached out via phone and the chat feature. The phone call was quick and easy and he answered my questions. The chat was a little slower but it's because the agent was recording personalized demos for me where we walked through my project and explained the changes.
So far I haven't stumped the support team and TicketSpice has accommodated everything I've needed from an event site (and we have some complicated events). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No much... I guess it's hard to budget for the expense. Because there are no upfront fees to use the software, the expenses are directly tied to how many people purchase tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We needed a solution for events that were retreat type. TicketSpice solution had everything we needed from registration, confirmation emails, reminder emails and reports already built in. TicketSpice is also userfriendly and super easy to figure out. Their pricing was better then the competitors I researched. When I have questions the support staff is truly amazing at responding and finding solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like more editing options when creating emails. I'd also like the ability to edit ticket field names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the responsiveness and the video explaners. SO helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a little complicated...but the video answers help.
I would love to be able to get daily payouts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how customizable their platform is. If I ever get stuck on a problem, their customer support team has been a fast and thorough, incredible help!
I have had the pleasure of working with Alex Thompson, and AJ, and they have helped make my ticketing site all I dreamed of + more!
Thank you so much guys! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a trickier platform to use than other sites I have used in the past, but the amount of customization for the page, and the high level of customer support makes it well worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ticketspice as a platform is great - it's obvious that a team of dedicated people are working to improve the product and services offered, continually. The thing I like most though, and why I'll fight to remain working with you all year after year, is the support I've received when I've had questions on how to make something work, or whether or not something we'd like to attempt is even possible. There isn't anything off-the-cuff that I would level as a "dislike" about Ticketspice's services or the platform itself. I could certainly add things to a wishlist for the future, but those are not things I dislike - they are things I look forward to seeing implemented, should the team feel it's best to "go in that direction." Ticket fees are reasonable, the platform is pretty easy to use, and the support staff has been great/quick to reply when needs/questions arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Generating, organizing, and exporting ticket reports (like to create a list for the door) is not super obvious/intuitive and has necessitated me asking for help with this step on multiple occassions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TicketSpice was easy to integrate with our website. Customer support via online chat has been a lifesaver at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We sell subscription tickets in addition to single tickets. Subscription tickets have more glitches than single tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
