Their customer service is far superior to any other service I've used. It's really easy to use their chat function and get help quickly. The interface is pretty easy to use but the times I've needed to ask a question, they were on top of it within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With so many features I have trouble navigating the platform sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface was really easy to learn and use for a first timer and the functionality available was way more that I anticipated. I was just looking to make a simpele registration page, but was able to create a full blown event site! I wasn't sure what all I should include on the page, but the features available helped me think of everything. Also, I really like the dynamic ticketing and coupon code features. I wasn't planning on doing that, but it was easy to implement so was worthwhile. Lastly, it was the extra items like making my page searchable on Google and have social media post templates I could use that really made this over the top! My page is way better than I imagined it to be and I'm sure it will result in a better turnout than I was hoping for! A shout out to Key from their customer service team who was really responsive in helping me with some questions. He even sent me a video walkthrough to help with setting up the payment processor. Setting up the payment processor was pretty confusing. I was signing up as an individual and every step was asking me for business information like EIN, legal business name, registration documentation, etc. At multiple points I had to ask if I was able to use the site as an individual or if I had to be a registered business/sole proprietorship. In the end, it was acceptable to put my personal information in the business information lines, but I was worried about being accused of falsifying information. I love how everyone is always available to help really quickly. I love how easy it is to scan tickets as well. Whenever I require support I just get it without any hassles. I am very satisfied with every aspect of the platform. Shout out to Key for always helping me when I get stuck because I forgot to do something or click somewhere. The customer support as well as the ease of use for their website customization system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to mind immedietly for things I disliked, however the payment processor could be a bit easier to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are in the process of opening a new business that is outside of my professional wheelhouse. My family was looking for a platform that we could use to sell tickets online. We needed one that was inexpensive and user friendly. We found TicketSpice to be both. Since signing up, we have been extremely satisfied with the amazing tech support. With no training other than the helpful start-up video, we were able to create multiple pages within the first few days of signing up. The data that is generated through the system and the number of features has been an additional plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After only using the system for a couple of weeks, I honestly do not have any major dislikes. My biggest struggle is just learning the system and becoming a little more tech savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use and their customer service is always stellar. Anytime I have a question, the team is ready to support and helps solve my problem the best they can. The platform is user friendly and our guests enjoy the guest experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would say is sometimes we have trouble with the ticketing app. Outside of that, all is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have used TicketSpice for all of our events over the past 6 years and we have been very pleased with our experience. The site is easy to use, it offers many options for customization, and customer support has always been very responsive when I needed it. I have found their customer service to be outstanding, even recording video instructions for me to illustrate difficult workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been a few times when I wished the ticket page was a little more customizable, but I have always been able to find a work around for what I needed to do. On our last ticket page, I was looking for an option to mass reschedule everyone's tickets to our rain date, but because I had set the page up with a date range, that option wasn't available. I had to manually reschedule 120 or so orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found the platform very easy to use. When I did have questions the online support was rapid and very helpful. At least once and possibly more times, support sent me a personalized video to answer my question - none of the chatbot sending you to long tedious articles to pore over which don't answer your concerns.
In one key moment, I had more orders than I had seats at my venue on the day of the event.- support clarified for me in a very timely way that the additional orders were for add on merchandise.
Also my box office manager was easily able to download and use the app for checkins day of the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't like that their logo showed up when I embedded their page into my sales page. However, that's a ton better than sending them to Eventbrite where Eventbrite is pushing other people's event right when my customer is deciding whether or not to buy.
I also felt limited by the file size limit on the email feature and the limited formatting options. I ended up exporting all the ticket purchasers to my own ESP to be able to do what I needed to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
