For our 2020 pumpkin season, we had to find an online ticketing system, and it felt so overwhelming! Thank goodness for Ticketspice, they walked me through the whole process and were there the entire time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice makes it easy - almost too easy. The user-friendly form editing and publishing, as with all webconnex products allows us to create event pages on the fly and in no time at all. The page creation, actions, and promotion tools allow seamless data collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Since we are selling tickets and seats it would be nice to allow the user to select where they want to be. Rumor has it there is a beta testing of this from Webconnex so fingers crossed. This would allow the use of ticketspice on all types of events, not just a general admission event. The payment gateway allows quick bank transfer, however, one thing I would like to see is the option to hold funds on our account and allow us to transfer on our own. Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:

TicketSpice is not a fully-loaded software, however, it is quick, easy, beautiful and handles 90%+ of the needs that we throw at it. From simple general admission tickets to elaborate member-based pricing tiers, it handles it well and we look forward to using it most often during our events. What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a non-profit association and we want to make sure our members get the best value with the least amount of cost. TicketSpice and Webconnex is perfect for our line of work. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Very easy to design pages. The duplicate function is great when you have more than one event that you need to create but that is similar to one you have already created. Their pricing is good for either of their products - redpodium or ticketspice or you can use any merchant service you like. Good reporting and emails to registrants and the administrator. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There is really not much I don't like. Perhaps that it is not as flexible as someone who needs to really customize it would want, but there are other pieces of software if you are into coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed pages for donations to our non-profit and also to register people for the various events we have during the year. Ticketspice works great for both of these things. We can put up a page quickly, link it to our website, facebook, etc. in a matter of minutes. It saves us from having to spend money for a computer programmer/designer to do this.
