TicketSpice has great customer service. It's pretty easy to set up an event and get tickets on sale in a short amount of time. When I had a question it got answered by customer support right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the tools on the platform are hard to find, sometimes I know something I want to do but I have to search a support article to find out where to look to do it. It takes a little while to get familiar with all the features and where to find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of set up as well as how simple it is for our fans to buy tickets make Ticket Spice our best decision yet! Onboarding was smooth and initial set up was a breeze. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The folks working the gate tell me it is MUCH easier than our previous platform. We have the ability to customize the ticketing options, coupon codes, and we can even add the ability for our fans to donate to the causes we support. The fans buying the tickets tell us it is simple and easy. Honestly, it is so easy I really wonder why this is not the universal ticketing platform for EVERYTHING! I have not found a downside yet and frankly I do not expect to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy, it's convenient, from start to finish the process is simple and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Biggest complaint would be there isn't a way for the customers to purchase tickets from more than one of my events at a time. (Cart ability).
- An option to hover over the seating chart to see who the buyer was, instead of having to sort and look through each seat sold to find the person who has the seat.
- Not having the option for an on site Box Office, except on an iPad.
Those are the main issues I have. Oh and the fact I can't use actions to change ticket prices on reserved seating events. Plus there should be an ambassador program for reserved seating as well, it would entice people help sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Multiple events can be arraged and on sale at the same time and each event has their own events page. The site is easy to use and learn, without any online ticketing sales experience. Several ticketing options, which makes it the best fit for the company I work for. I checked out other platforms and Ticket Spice far exceeded them all! My expectations were exceeded! I highly recommend them if you are selling tickets online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I ended up with two accounts, one was able to be verified for payouts, the other has been unsuccessful. When trying things out, I was able to create an event with the exact parameters I needed, but it is on the other account. I would really just like the other account removed, so it will be easy for my staff to understand when I train them. I will say that when I contacted customer service about this, I got a prompt and clear answer. EXCELLENT customer service!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that TicketSpice gives so many options to customize the online experience for our customers. It can handle just about any special circumstance we can think of. It was very easy to set up a professional-looking site with just a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that it would come with a native landing page to direct users to all upcoming events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate how intuitive the system is, it is very simple to set up my ticketing options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it were easier to see how many tickets I have sold for a specific event for a specific day. I wish that information was just listed clearly rather than having to go through a drop-down menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is top notch. I've had a ton of questions and each time, the team has been super helpful and attentive. They have great material to guide you through the account process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd really like to be able to choose a payout date so it's one lumpsum after the event has completed. Currently, it pays out every Wednesday and can get a bit confusing in my account with several small payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating your page and selling your tickets is a breeze with TicketSpice but my most favorite thing about TicketSpice is the technical support. If you have a question or an issue, they answer right away and get you through it. I've had Alex help me twice and I'm always so happy that my questions get answered and my issues fixed. Most of the time the issues occur because of some instruction I didn't follow, but Alex and the other support staff never make me feel bad. They are awesome!! I don't think there is a downside. I had some confusion setting up my page for the second year of using TicketSpice for my event, but I don't think it is the fault of TicketSpice. I think I probably didn't fully read the instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to beat the simple pricing structure. No hidden fees. Also, it was very easy to set up the event. The customer service chat was very fast in responding. I was able to connect to a live person every single time. No chat bots! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think TicketSpice should be its own separate company. Having to select Ticketspice from a menu of four other companies was confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
