What do you like best about TicketSpice?

-Users are able to control the convenience fees

-More customizable features including actions that will allow users to set prices for specific dates

-Users have the ability to copy previous events rather than starting from scratch

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

1) Ticketspice is an incredible platform

2) We have utilized Ticketspice for a couple of years now for events held virtually with participants internationally - FANTASTIC platform, program and support

3) The first time we used Ticketspice, we had a major glitch - it was on a Saturday, and we could not get help...it was very frustrating.

4) This year, we had another challenge...BRANDON WAS THERE FOR US!!!! We were thrilled to have the help, but he went above and beyond to get the help we needed!! He was patient with my frustration, kind, helpful and fixed our problem quickly!!!

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The biggest challenge is the pandemic...not being able to have an in-person event was not only a bummer, but we had to completely re-think our events. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

We have a family-run farm in Cincinnati, OH, and due to COVID-19, we had to completely change how we sold tickets to our large fall event and move to online tickets, with time slots to make sure we abided by capacity guidelines.

Ticket Spice was great at explaining how to set up our page, how to make it the most useful, and create an easy-to-navigate page for our committed guests that attend our event every single year. Being a farm, we also had to pay close attention to rain-out days and supplying refunds or ticket vouchers to our guests. This ended up being a huge point for us to partner with TicketSpice and implement a new mass cancellation tool on the backend. This is going to save time, money, and frustrations on our staff's end and, most importantly, our customers.

TicketSpice has been able to pivot with the changes and challenges that our industry was faced with, and we are extremely happy to continue to partner with them again in 2021. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

At first, it was quite frustrating to only have a chat option on the website to talk to people on the west coast; and we are in Ohio, and we had to wait until halfway through our mornings to even chat with someone. We then would have to allow an hour or more to wait on an answer that we needed a lot of help on.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mass cancellation was a huge issue we worked on with them. We also are now working on letting our customers have more power in editing their visit date and times without having to call us or email a special ticket email we had to create just for ticketing responses and requests. Ticketspice is always updating their software and making unique changes based off what their customers are looking for. The personalized staff are easy to connect with and get back to you with quick solutions whenever you're having questions about setup. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I love the ease of the ticket process, and the reporting data. Guest find it very easy to buy tickets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

My location Internet has been an issue for the program for onsite sales. We have solved the issue with plug-ins. Scanners provided by TicketSpice are worthless, They do not hold a charge for more then 20 minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Work with your on boarding support and make sure you have all the correct supplies. Scanners do n ot hold a charge and have to be changed every 20 minutes. When you are busy that does not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use to use cash boxes, then moved on to Square and this will be our third year with Ticketspice. I can track sales by the location and time which helps with staffing. I was looking to build an extremely complex event with a huge variety of options over more than 15 dates. I needed flexibility in each option. As a platform, Ticket spice could handle all the requests and my support team did an amazing job of making the process easy.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

So far, the team at TicketSpice has been the most responsive to sales and onboarding compared to a handful of others that we've engaged and/or requested demos. They're eager to find a solution for our ticketing needs and proactive in addressing potential questions. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I recently purchased a venue and needed a ticketing partner to QUICKLY produce a ticket page and link. I reached out Shadi (TicketSpice/Webconnect sales rep) and within an hour he had me scheduled for an onboard training to learn the platform. By the end of the day, my ticket page setup and ready to go. Shadi and Dave (onboarding tech) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and met my needs within hours. That level of customer service, support and care are not so common anymore. I would recommend TicketSpice any anyone looking for an easy-to-use platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Only down fall about the TicketSpice platform is that you are not able to schedule pre-save ticket date. As a venue, we work with artists who offer their subscribed fans an exclusive pre-save opportunity before the general admission. TIcketSpice is not able to do that at this time.
