What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I told the helpdesk the live, virtual events did not work on mobile iOS. I was told it wasn't a problem. Then it didn't work during our live event. So embarrassing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hey there, we're terribly sorry for the hiccup you experienced!

To clarify, Apple's recent iOS update for iPhones broke how we deliver live streams when on iPhone. We have since resolved it and live streaming again works from iPhones.

We are very sorry if we misinformed you about the functionality at that time. I'm not aware of when your event was, but I'm guessing that it may have been around the same time of Apple's update?

Regardless, I just want to thank you for your honest review and feedback. We will take this and continue to improve as best we can.
