What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I really appreciate the prompt response time in the live chat feature. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to hear back from a TicketSpice representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The inability to customize receipts for customers and not being able to append coupon code to a link when using the TicketSpice registration as an iframe. Sometimes the iframes are blocked by customers with VPNs too which is not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
