What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice is our go-to for both live and virtual events. It's easy to use, even for those of us who are non-technical. Their customer support is fantastic! They are quick to respond and patient beyond belief. They're willing to jump on a virtual call to help figure out complex situations. We're a tiny nonprofit but they treat us like we're royalty. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I love how easy it is to use Ticket Spice! All of my analytics are in one place and easy to understand. My customers find it easy to use as well so that is a plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When adding or editing tickets, their organization of them is not the best. If you have a lot of tickets it can be challenging to find and edit or group new added tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I am a VERY small business and needed something user-friendly and economical. Ticket Spice was just that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I dislike that I have to pay .02 if I want to send out emails. Mailchimp is free, but I hate the hassle to transfer my contacts. I just can't justify paying to send emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The user interface is mostly self-explanatory. When it isn't, the support team is just a chat away. There is also fairly thorough and easy-to-access online documentation, and the product is very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything I disliked. If a feature isn't available, there's almost always a workaround available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organization is a non-profit that supplies weekly groceries and pre-cooked meals to over 200 families in our community. We most recently used Ticketspice to sell tickets for our major fundraising event. I was able to set up a couple of ticket types for purchase as well as comped tickets for sponsors.
