TicketSpice is our go-to for both live and virtual events. It's easy to use, even for those of us who are non-technical. Their customer support is fantastic! They are quick to respond and patient beyond belief. They're willing to jump on a virtual call to help figure out complex situations. We're a tiny nonprofit but they treat us like we're royalty. I am a VERY small business and needed something user-friendly and economical. Ticket Spice was just that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that I have to pay .02 if I want to send out emails. Mailchimp is free, but I hate the hassle to transfer my contacts. I just can't justify paying to send emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is mostly self-explanatory. When it isn't, the support team is just a chat away. There is also fairly thorough and easy-to-access online documentation, and the product is very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
