What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I have used a few different platforms in the past and Ticket Spice is by far the best for customer service. The entire support team has a great attitude, quick responses, valueble advice and suggestions, and is amazing at following up to ensure the success of your business. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

We love the customizability, the scanning app, the ability to add fees/donations/gear to our page, and the robust reports. The staff, especially Andrew, has also been hugely helpful as we navigated our first event with TicketSpice. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I wish Google fonts could be used and that images could be manipulated more in terms of size. I worked through a bunch of recommendations with Andrew and know that they're being seriously considered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

We switched over to TicketSpice after having poor experiences in the past with other ticketing platforms. OH MY GOODNESS, all of our problems have been solved. Not only is the platform easy, intuitive, and adjustable to your specific needs, the customer service experience is TOP NOTCH!! Their knowledgebase is extensive, and their chat feature is fantastic. All customer service agents are friendly and helpful. On the day of our event, scanning (+ everything else, including day-of and merchandise sales), was completed without a hitch, the first time in our event's 20+ years. Definitely like the ability to scan and look up a name on the same screen. I was cautious switching over, especially as the fees are so reasonable, worried that customer service would go downhill (even though the bar was really low!).
