While its always challeging using a new ticket purchasing program, TicketSpice has provided me with so much responsive assistance when I have questions. I'm no IT guy, but all my questions were answered, usually with a visual aid or a quick answer to my email question. We are a small non-profit and every dime is crucial to our survival. TicketSpice will greatly reduce the cost of our ticket sales from our last and well-known program. The only reason I didn't give them a 10 was we are in the conception of ticket sales and sponsorship package sales with the event not until the end of December. TicketSpice was more complicated, to me, than our last program. However, I believe most of that is just learning the new program. It will literally do whatever you need for your event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is quick, professional, and efficient. The platform is very easy to navigate and has lots of tools that make it even more user friendly. It also is one of the better ticket platforms as it has lower service fees. It is gives frequent updates on how many tickets have been sold for our event. TicketSpice is robust, helping me stay organized, market, and measure success. Everything from the buildout, to communication, to closeout is simple...and for the few times I needed help the Support team is quick to walk me through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the assistance given and the rapid response. When I still had problems that couldn't be resolved by chat, they got together on Zoom to walk me through & went through my setup, line by line and then for both ends, the problem was something just anyone being new to Ticketspice, could have. Not sure at this point as I am still waiting on tickets to being to sell. I haven't been through the whole setup to ticket sales to money in my bank, yet.

I like that I am able to fully customize my ticketing links for events and have full control over all the unique details and differentiators that are specific to my event. We are a nonprofit and so we need lots of different types of sponsorship and ticketing options, and TicketSpice has been really great in allowing us to create these identifiers so we can use it for all our needs.
Additionally, the customer service has been phenomenal. I was worried at first about certain specifics we needed when we first started, so I reached out to the customer service and they listened to my request and showed me step-by-step how to implement it onto my own event. We plan to use Ticketspice again this year for the 4th year in a row. That alone exemplifies our satisfaction with the service and the company. They are incredibly helpful throughout every phase of ticketing, from set up, through sales, then reports at the end.

Ticketspice has been a pleasure to work with through all phases of our event - including presales, during the actual event, and through post event closure. I have personally worked with a few different companies in the space, eventbrite, haunt pay, and ticketleap and I don't have anything bad to say about any of thosee. But, even if you put the best of all those together you still wouldn't equal the quality of Ticketspice. Support, features and functionality, everything is top notch. The customer service is top notch! Quick and easy communications through the chat feature and they continued to follow up to make sure our needs were met! The support via the website chat was superb and prompt, even after hours. I like the easy functionality of the platform and the easy customizations. Coming from Eventbrite and ETIX, this is a breath of fresh air and economically much friendlier! The customer (Ticket buyer) insurance is a game changer, never seen this before but we really like it. This is my 4th online ticketing system and by far the best. One very important topic for us is the ability to provide a two day ticket. We offer a discounted two day ticket to our customers and it's important to be able to validate each day with the scanner and Ticket Spice has an easy solution and works perfect. It was so important that we would not have joined Ticket Spice if we could not do this. Some other platforms either do not offer it or it's a big hassle, so thank you for this feature! Lack of phone tech support, it's chat only. Although it's been easy so far with the chat support, the ability to call during business hours for something urgent would be helpful. Other than that, I have not found other negtives... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
