What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Very personable and well-trained customer-facing team. We find this to be critical for any online service we use. Love how the chat box recognizes your question and offers links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

We're still finding that "adding actions" is a difficult and confusing process. However, the TS customer service team always helps us figure out what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:

We've done large events with over 1000 guests to smaller events with 100 guests using Ticketspice. No matter the size, Ticketspice has worked seamlessly for our events. We've also worked with a few of the other ticketing sites, and none of them have comparable consumer service support, ease of use, and cost as well. What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The TicketSpice people want to help. I like getting a daily report of sales and weekly deposit. I'm just learning how to do everything, but I love having people buy tickets ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took a while to understand how we will have to have our ticketing process this first time. We decided to have a hybrid system (half old, half new) until we feel comfortable, so not everything is new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I love the scanning app, confirmation email, and actions. There are so many great features to the app I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who does events.

So far it doesn't not compare to any other apps I have used for ticketing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I wish it integrated better with Shopify Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scanning app is available to multiple staff members, being able to email customers, communicate a confirmation email that is automated, keep track of who is coming in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Overall, the ticketing dashboard offers a lot of great stats for us on ticket sales. I also feel that the ticket pages that the public sees look very professional! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel that there are some areas of the website that are tricky to navigate. The location of something I am looking for feels like it is in an "odd" place. For example- to send a bulk email notification to current ticket holders- to find this area is tricky and I don't feel it is in the most logical place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
