What do you like best about TicketSpice?

There are many things that I love about Ticket Spice - the ease of use, the ability to quickly create and activate links, the ability to create a dynamic page that is only limited by your imagination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The only thing that I would say is that we had a critical issue (or at least we thought we did) - during the weekend and you generally cannot get ahold of support over the weekend. But even that - Andrew, our rep, came through on his off time to help me out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We never had to go to a third-party ticketing service until about 3 years ago. Luckily I found TicketSpice 2 years ago and have not looked back. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice is easy to navigate both for design and function. They make the software understandable for someone who does not have a background in development or ticket sales. TicketSpice also has incredible support, from tutorials to written documentation. They have demos and chat ready at your fingertips. They also have a great training manual and FAQ section. It was easy for me to get into the program with all this support. I was up and running quickly. The program itself is versatile for all ticketing needs and types of events. The entire platform is easy. Cost is always a challenge we look to reduce; if I had to pick one negative, it's the cost. At the same time, I understand this is a business and am willing to pay for the service I receive, which justifies continuing to use Ticketspice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I love how easy it is to use. It's swift and straightforward to help set up event registrations and discount coupons to help promote your event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I find is that some of the old features they have discontinued carry over to the new registration pages, which have caused a few hiccups for my events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The onboarding process was easy, and we are not the most tech-savvy individuals. Dave was outstanding to work with and patiently answered our questions. Additionally, with Ticketspice, we did not have to invest much money to start this process. We thought about going to an online ticket a few years ago, but the initial setup cost for us, a small business, made it too much of a risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. By far the best I've used and I've used EventBrite and several others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for charity events where every dollar raised counts. The low cost is great. Scanning tickets using the app is so easy! I only need a few volunteers at the door to get the patrons in quickly and efficiently. Giving my volunteers a key that allows them to access the ticket-scanning only on the app means I keep data secure. I've never had a glitch with the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
