The software is so flexible that it can be a bit daunting choosing the elements required to set up a page that offers everything that we want it to. I am in constant contact with TS's tech support team. I can't say enough good things about their quick response time, courtesy and ability to tease out the details of my problem. They offer solutions, screen-shots, timelines for responses and a bit of humour that greatly relieve the anxiety of accomplishing a specific goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the software doesn't work as anticipated. That's usually where I need extra support to figure out how to approach the problem I'm trying to solve. There are some reporting issues that I've brought to their attention where items aren't being included in a report that should be. I've had some difficulty getting the Vimeo link to work in the background with TS's secure area for Livestreaming. TS Tech support has committed to reviewing the issue at the dev level. I'm satisfied it will eventually be sorted out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ticketspice has some excellent customer service partners that keep us organized and moving forward as a business. Their strategy based phonecalls focus on not only getting the job done but also provide marketing suggestions that will make us more successful. They get it! And David has been key to us working hard to double are online sales. I honestly think he is one of the best customer care reps I have worked with across numerous vendors and 20 years of business. While many individuals excel at Ticketspice, I have had numerous ones that have left the ball fall too. Thankfully, quickly after announcing my frustration, I was reassigned to new reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I asked a question through the chat feature I received an answer quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The templates didn't easily accommodate my hoped-for content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the quick help response either in the form of a chat, email to my account rep, or a very thorough FAQ support directory. Not sure how other platforms work, but I have no desire to find out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Up until this year, the reports were cumbersome, but they've instituted a new feature that I haven't yet used but am excited to try. It should be a game changer in summarizing the daily data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tutorials are helpful, and the customer service is very fast. The service reps solve my problems instantly. I like the appearance of the tickets. Also that you can add your own charges for fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many choices for customization that it can be overwhelming. Since I don't use the platform often I need to relearn how to set up my tix each time. I think this could be solved by setting up a template, but I just haven't gotten there yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up the event page was easy and very customizable. The ticket sales reporting and the event check-in was great too. Our guests loved having the ability to text their guests their tickets. We will use TicketSpice again for our next event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Three minor suggestions. 1 ) When you text a ticket, be able to rename it. So you don't have to remember if you texted ticket #1 to Jane or John. 2) When someone purchases multiple tickets, make sure the additional box office items (drink, raffle, etc. tickets) are only associated with 1 ticket for the host or person purchasing the entry and additional tickets/items. 3) Integration with Kindful. The use of the chat feature to ask questions is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some aspects are a little confusing like how to sell merchandise at an event, some of the reports are more difficult to figure out when you only need it for a short amount of time with longer down time in between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate that it's never crashed on us, and I can usually get support or someone to answer my questions fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting system is tricky and often confusing. I still usually have to email and double-check our numbers, profits, sales tax etc, because it's not always clear and I just really don't trust the process or reporting software. I dread figuring out our reporting, sales tax and profit every season when our CPA asks for our sales data.
The other main point of confusion is usually the refunds. For the most part, I really love that we have the ability to take care of them on our own and move customers' tickets on our own when they call the farm and we can take care of it quickly. The main issue comes up when refunding a single ticket in an order and having to calculate out the processing fees and ticket fees for each one, instead of just clicking a button and everything getting refunded nice and neatly. It also tends to throw off our sales tax every year since we have to add that as a line item, and the reporting at the end of the year just isn't that nice and neat. TicketSpice understands the need to have an easy platform for the user and the extras for the Event Manager/Promoter. When I switch to TicketSpice I immediately saved time and money. Everything I needed was in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not a dislike - but more of a convenience or add-on. Often, I would like to provide comp tickets to special guests or volunteers. I would like to do it from the backside. I don't want the public to see them and I would like to control them. I would like to do it without a coupon code or be charged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
