What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The platform seems to be solid and easy for customers to use with very little modification needed to basic templates and layouts. Without having used other platforms, I can recommend TicketSpice based on the quickness to develop and deploy, and stability of expected outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Squarespace and Square (Block) are our two main platforms for conducting business online and I know there will come a day when we have to decide whether or not tickets space remains as our online ticketing option. Integration with either Squarespace and/or Square will eventually require a business decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to rapidly deploy an even ticketing site & commerce solution based on a previous templates is a huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

My favourite thing about TicketSpice is the people. From our sales rep to our onboarding specialist to the staff who answered our questions on the chat feature, all were ready with the necessary information or were quick to find it. The help articles are also an incredible resource. I've found them super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

So far, there isn't really a downside. I guess if I had to pick something, it would be that we have different stat holidays so sometimes they aren't as readily available during those occurrences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

TicketSpice is helping us provide a better experience to our customers while allowing us to optimize our offering. The fee structure is also helping us keep our ticket prices lower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I love that TicketSpice is user-friendly and convenient to duplicate, create, and manage. I also really appreciate that there is a team of people on their end that is always available to assist and answer questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

It's difficult to think of a con. The only thing I could think of is that I wish there was a way to edit billing information (email address, etc.) after the tickets have been purchased. It's also difficult to easily pull totals for the different ticket levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

TicketSpice allows us to easily sell and manage tickets for every event that we do, and establish a ticketing platform on our website that is user-friendly for both us, and our attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

What I loved best was the fast response to questions from Julia in the chat help. I also loved the easy way of presenting my tickets to our clients. Way easier than Eventbrite! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The downside would be of using Ticketspice, none. There is nothing I do not like about the program. I think it is a great way of doing business and I wish I had found it sooner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am unsure of any problems that they may be trying to resolve. My question dealt with the CSS button, that I did not need and accidently linked on, but Julia was able to help me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Ticketspice is very user friendly. Lots of flexible options and support is quick and helpful, when help is needed. I also like the reporting options that include the exporter so that I can export the specific data that I need and schedule the reports to delivey to my email when I want it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

This year we wanted to add an option to allow people to order t-shirts. I wanted to be able to change the field so that it said quantity vs tickets. I would've preferred the option to change the field name. It was confusing to a couple customers. After working with support, RegFox might be a better option. I plan to set up RegFox for next year and will see if that's better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted a better solution for our needs. After reviewing the other platforms and talking to Support, RegFox might be a better platform for us, but I will see once I set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The customizability of the platform and pages are great. The statistic on the pages are highly detailed as well! Support has been very responsive as well; and they've offered tons of help and taken feedback. The customizability means that the look and feel of your page is largely on you, so the opportunity to make it cluttered is there. But also, you can integrate almost any kind of content you'd like in your event page, so the sky is the limit. The box office features are exciting, and I can't wait to try out my ticket printer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I have not yet been able to reach too deeply to find many negatives yet. I ran into a small coupon glitch, which support corrected within a few hours. I LOVE the ambassador concept, but would love to see it expanded to support the whole venue and built a team of supporters rather than event based, which has limited function for a vue popping out hundreds of events a year. So far, the negatives are pretty light. I would like to see some better event list/calendar widgets that show off the events a little better and in different formats . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

They're offering an alternative to other costly platforms, particularly for smaller venues, and offer us the ability to meet our individual needs, like small-batch ticket printing, box office sales and scanning, promotion support, integration with websites, custom seating charts, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

From a non-profit fundraiser's perspective, TicketSpice has thought of everything a non-profit could need in a ticketing software, with fantastic customer service to boot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

We are still in the planning phase as our event hasn't gone live yet, but I've been very happy so far with no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software has been pretty user friendly. As we are building our event, we occasionally have questions about what certain fields do and what final result they will have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

We moved over to TicketSpice during the 2020 Pandemic when we needed a way to space out and limit guest arrivals at our pick your own farm. We were blown away by the customer support and onboarding that helped us get up and running in a day. The support didn't stop there and the response times and creative solutions to the unique challenges of our business have been game changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There were some challenges with refunds early on but the team at TicketSpice recognized these issues and made corrections to their process to alleviate the problems. We were pleasantly surprized as well when the refunds for the ticketing fees were provided back to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

TicketSpice helps us with our advance ticket sales and knowing how many guests are coming to visit our farm. The added benefits are an increase in revenue per guest on site as the ticket purchase is made days in advance and we can manage our team and staffing needs so much better knowing how many guests will be visiting each day. A totally unexpected benefit was the speed of check for guests and the ability for them to purchase items for their visit in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Wow, what a change from the last software we were using. The backend is user intuitive, and if there is anything I can't find an answer for there are two easy to use options (and more available, but these are the two I have been using):

1. Help articles that cover most issues and have answered a good portion of my questions.

2. Email support - I could easily email Phillip and he would get back to me the same day or the next day, and if it was a weekend or evening, he would have one of his co-workers take over so I would not be waiting too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The reporting is a little wonky in places, but it is just taking me a little to get to understand how to create the reports I will need.

There are a few formatting things I wish we could add, but there are not dealbreakers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Digital waiver signing. It is extremely important that everyone registering for our event read the entire waiver and digitally sign it, even if someone else bought their ticket for them, and they were not present during registration or are a youth. The software has an answer for this that was good enough for our attorney to say it is the gold standard of waiver signing. So this is huge! The last couple years we have been having people sign in person once they arrive at the festival, but it takes a lot of time and causes check-in to be messy, so now we can start our festival off more professional this year. Yay! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
