What do you like best about TicketSpice?

We are a small conservation non-profit, and capacity is always on top of mind. TicketSpice helped make our fall fundraising event so much more manageable. Running our ticket sales and table sponsorships through Ticketspice let us focus on building out other parts of the event. The support from the TicketSpice team was on point with the information needed when we needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Since we use GivingFuel for gift processing, there really wasn't a downside to Ticketspice. Ticket purchases and table sponsorship funds were easy to keep track and saved us lots of time on the backend accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

We look for products that help grow our team's efficiency while being at a price point that allows us to be good stewards of our donors' support. We have both in TicketSpice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

It's so easy to get going and use. We've used it for many an event. Flexible customization. They've thought of everything. A one-stop shop where I can just produce and activate in real time. Responsive (and real) people (thanks Susie!) to help with questions and needs. I don't need other marketing tools or platforms to get everything I need live and accessible. Analytics, links, coupons, ad creator, emails -- all right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

So far so good... I would recommend that we could have some personalization options. For example, something more advanced in the Actions options... based on our past attendee list, when a person begins to register it recognizes them and makes that obvious (maybe using their first name in the main copy and confirmations from there on - or recognizing location and stating "I hope the weather in Cleveland is top notch!" LOL). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cost-friendly. Easy. Reliable. Love the option to provide a seat map/seating chart and let registrants select their seats.

Also note, we use Facebook to help market our events. There has been an issue with our conversion tracking integration (double counting registrants), which appears to be on Facebook's side (of course LOL). TicketSpice support jumped right on it within minutes and continues to reach out to Facebook in an effort to fix the tracking issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I love that I could use sign up and start building right away. And I was able to get from start to scan tickets with just the help from the online help centre! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Hmm... I can't think of anything that I dislike. I was a software programmer/analyst/developer before my retirement, so can appreciate and understand each of the decisions made! Keep it up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Reservation of seats (we currently do this manually for 'season ticket' holders only, the rest is General Admission, ugh!)

2. Scanning of tickets onsite will relieve the bottleneck at FOH.

(both of these will certainly ease processing bottlenecks, so excited!)

3. Enhance the end user experience! Love the look and feel, and the fact that it is still our branding! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

This platform was so easy to use and set up my small event. The support team was so helpful. I mad a suggestion for a feature I'd like to see, and they implemented it platform-wide almost immeditately! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I wish events were discoverable like they are on some other ticketing platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The design options were a good match for our needs. Instructions were helpful, and where intuitive design and education weren't straightforward, there was a quick and good response on chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I would have liked to use a portrait orientation next to the text, but all the banners are longitudinal. I realized I could create an image including my logo and text the way I wanted, but longitudinal worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ticketspice has provided an affordable option to create an attractive webpage to capture registration and sell tickets and merchandise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Ticket spice allows for a lot of customization to fine-tune your event. My event is dinner and dance and the setup was a pretty straight ford. Everything is looking good heading into the event. The boxoffice app is easy to use, would be nice to be able to use a pc to sell tickets as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The app would be better if we were able to have more control. Right now , there is an app to scan and one to sell tickets. It would be great to have an admin version to be able to do all the back of the house options as well such as : sell, scan, exchange, invoice, hold seats, and manage customer data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows for a lot of control of the sale of tickets and design of the space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

How simple it was to build out the platform for our seasonal event. Extremely user friendly and support was always just a click away! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The only issue I have ever had with TicketSpice is that you can't just pick up the phone and talk to someone. You will have to email your support staff for a time to speak. I will say they are quick to respond to your email inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I own/operate a seasonal drive-thru Holiday light show in upstate NY. When covid hit, they provided as close to a touchless solution as humanly possible with analytics and a database & communication platform for the existing client base all in one portal at a reasonable cost. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

It was our first time using TicketSpice for an event we were selling tickets and the page was so user-friendly, it helped us to understand the process of how make people happier with the information displayed and the process of buying their tickets. The editing of the pages was easy as well and every time we had a challenge, we totally knew we could reach out to the TicketSpice support team that helped us and handled all the issues accordingly to the urgency and importance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

We like everything we faced in the process of building our TicketSpice process to buy tickets. Everything was user friendly and they were very helpful to our entire team that had access to do the edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

TicketSpice helped us to look more professional by selling our tickets on their platform. Also, with every editing challenge, we faced they helped us and found a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

They are excited about their product. Excellent at promoting it with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

When you request technical phone support, they offer it in two-four days. Not within a 24 period. If they are collecting thousands of dollars per month from our ticket sales, the technical support should correlate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from John Russell of TicketSpice

Hi Chris, we're really sorry that you experienced a delay when contacting us. Our normal response time averages less than 1 hour (and most of the time within about 15 minutes). Your request came during the holiday week and during the holiday we had a longer response time to accommodate many staff arrangements and travel. Your request fell through the cracks and we're sorry. Let us know if we might be able to make it up to you - but we assure you your experience is an anomaly and not the norm.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The system is quick and pretty easy to set up. It has a duplication function that makes life easy. We've used it on six events already. Another significant aspect of the system is that it is free to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

We only had one issue: using the text-to-order function on android phones. Anyone ordering at our gates had to wait several minutes before we could see their tickets. We are told that it is being fixed for 2023. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

This system allows us to go cashless at our gates. This allows us to avoid going to the bank and guessing the amount and denominations of the "seed" money for our gates. It avoids any possible threat of someone trying to rob us or any sticky fingers from any of our volunteer staff. After the event, it allows us to avoid going back to the bank where we often get charged a fee for turning in cash over a certain amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
