I really enjoyed the fact that you can customize your pages with photos, sponsor logos, and more. Additionally, the scanning feature and reporting as you're scanning tickets is helpful. I love that the fees are less than other ticketing platforms. It made it a lot friendlier and tasteful to our customers so see that the fees were lower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From actual execution, there were few downsides. I would have appreciated a better reporting to know where my customers were traveling from or purchasing tickets from. This would have been helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You don't promote other businesses, events, or up-sales on my ticket page. For example. Other ticket sales sites promote other similar shows. The other great feature is you pay right away. That absolutely helps the lessor-funded startups or new projects, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe you do this already and I haven't learned it yet. I would like to add different events to my sales page. For example, if someone chooses a date or a specific series of dates I can add it easier than the process of the actions. Perhaps a few pre-set templates of actions, with one click, and all the actions are added. Lastly, a few more creative editing options on the landing page and ticket buy page would be nice. I have been pleased with my experience with TicketSpice! My account rep is terrific and has listened to my requests and questions and responded quickly. He has helped me set up the ticket pages that would have taken me hours to accomplish. In areas that I have found confusing such as reporting, he has asked me what kind of a report I need and has set it up for me. At first, it was the price, but we have eased into passing that on to our customer, so it hasn't concerned me as much. It is nice to see some monetary incentive when we renew our contract and possibly as we continue to be a long-time customer some other incentives. I like that they set up the events for me ahead of time so I didn't have to. This allowed me to focus on other aspects of the business instead. This is invaluable to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I have to choose something that I dislike, I would have to say that I don't love sending people off of my site to purchase tickets, but they were able to design it in a way that makes it look like people are still on my site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to sign into different accounts to scan different tickets. This may just be that it was the first time we had used this system and not sure if we actually found a solution to this at this moment in time. However it did create quite a situation for the admissions team. Also Andrew has been great when we are able to get in touch. He is super helpful and professional and I appreciate all his work. However there are times when I need to speak with someone and no one else is able to get back to me. I haven't figured out if they can charge Canadian events and pay out the event in Canada. I would assume that is the case but I will have to figure that out before committing our event to the platform? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ticketspice has the best customer service compared to other ticketing companies we have worked with. They have great instructional videos and great chat capability with real people. Additonally, Ticketspice is user friendly, VERY easy to comprehend. The customization you are able to do with Ticketspice is seamless. It makes it look like our own ticketing is on our website. With the customization we are able to set perameters for promo codes, time slots, etc. We love the data and reporting we get with ticketspice as this is HUGE dealbreaker for us. Additonally, the customers we have find Ticketspice easy to use and comprehend when buying tickets and coming to our gates to scan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not had any issues with Ticketspice for our large scale festivals, drive thrus, smaller events and nonprofit events. Ticketspice is constantly updating their system to enhace the producer and guest experience which benefits us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was free to set up for selling tickets, and it was low cost to maintain. Customer support was available and very helpful, and it was easy to use once I learned how the site worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was a little difficult to figure out how to verify with Webconnex. I had to go through that part 3 times before I finally stopped receiving notices that my account needed to be verified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do with the interface for the page was a little more robust. I use that to send out all my invitations to guests, and would like to be able to add photos to it and change the background to be able to customize it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
