What do you like best about TicketSpice?

It sounds corny, but it is easy to set everything up for our musical event. My first time doing anything like this, and it was a great experience; I feel confident using your software. The videos were excellent and explained the process very well. I only made one mistake I couldn't figure out on my own, so I contacted Julia for support. They responded so fast and resolved my issue in no time. The support team is always there to respond, located on your work page in the lower right corner. I was up and running in less than an hour. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There is nothing I dislike about TickeSpice at this time. My site has only been up for three days. Depending on your business type, I am a nonprofit, and they are very thorough about getting the needed information and determining if your business is ligament. I like that about TiccketSpice. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Ticketspice provides great how to videos and has a very responsive help team. I love that their page does not have ads and I can edit my ticket page to look similar to my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease and convenience of the platform. I also greatly appreciate the support from an assigned staff member. They are ALWAYS so knowledgeable, friendly and ready to work! What do you like best about TicketSpice?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The app they provide FOR FREE to scan tickets, the marketing help they openly offer, and they make it completely stress-free. Other competitors are not this user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I don't think there's anything I "dislike" about TicketSpice. I had some issues with getting the physical ticket codes. Though I had some problems there, their support team quickly helped me resolve them. They were... very patient with me too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TicketSpice solved a VERY time-consuming issue. Once you create your event, you're practically hands off the ticket sales organization and FULL ON into the marketing. It saved us countless hours! What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice is a nall-in-one resource. TicketSpice allows us to establish an event, take reservations, and provide a way for attendees to pay for their tickets in one package. As the accountant, I appreciate what I call the back-office accounting procedures. They are transparent and easy to decipher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to TicketSpice, reservations were by paper forms that had to be mailed or turned in. The payments for the tickets came in multiple ways--through our online giving platform (which accepts credit cards) or by mailing a check. The two processes had to be matched after the fact. Paper checks had to be photographed so the event planner had a record of the payment, by who, etc. This was a time-consuming laborious responsibility placed upon volunteers. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The best thing about TicketSpice is the branching logic/actions. You can guide people down a purchasing path to make sure they purchase the correct tickets for your event. TicketSpice is great for events with a little more complicated ticketing. For example, at our festival people need to buy a ticket to the festival and then camping if they want to camp. Then they need to choose how they are camping (Eg. RV, tent) and buy any add-ons that accompany that item. We tested several ticketing platforms until we found TicketSpice, is the most versatile by far. The help desk is excellent at getting back to you, and you don't have to buy some expensive package to get help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The box office is only available for IOS/Apple. IPads are expensive and not durable, so they are not great in the events environment.

The reporting is far superior to other platforms; I wish a full export of all ticket data were available. However I will add that to the user wish list when I can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our festival's most significant issue was attendees not purchasing their tickets correctly and having to pay more when they arrived. Our festival offers camping; attendees would purchase a camping festival pass but not a campsite. When the attendee checked in, they would have to buy a campsite or even worse; we were sold out of that camping option. Last year we used a different platform, and I had a list of 30 to 40 people who I was working to contact about incorrect ticketing, hoping to fix their tickets before the festival. This year no one registered incorrectly because they clearly understood what they needed to purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Ticketspice has been very easy to use once you have the system done. They are always there if you need help and very very affordable to use. Using their payment is a lot easier than most services. No hassle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The upsides of Ticketspice are the excellent customer service to help even novices like myself set up an easy to use webpage, the low cost per ticket sold, and the overall ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I thought that the credit card processing price is a little bit steeper than what I use now but it's not outlandish. Other than that, there is nothing to dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reason I sought out Ticketspice was to solve the problem of how to sell spaces to a limited venue when I am teaching continuing education classes. I wanted to be able to control the dates of sale, as well as limiting the number of students, without having to sit on top of the sales all the time. I am very happy with this solution. What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The most significant benefit is that if I have question that needs to be answered, I can type in the chat/text app on the page and immediately get a response and dialogue from someone who actually knows what they are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
