I haven't fully utilized the website for an event, but I like the simplified interface that makes it easy to direct you on where to click, how to edit, and track your data. There is a chat function that links you to a live person, and the best part is that the chats are saved for future use - it was very helpful to look back on previous conversations with support to reference the links and answers they provided. Since I haven't fully utilized the system, I'm still trying to figure out how the finances work - how does my organization get the money? I'm not familiar with the processing systems mentioned or if any additional fees are incurred for that transaction. I've been provided with some FAQs on the subject, but I'm not quite ready to pull the trigger until I know what the total cost is and how to set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TicketSpice is an insanely powerful program that gives our development team all the opportunities to customize our customers experience while being extremely user friendly. I have had minimal experience in designing a ticketing site, but the intuitive software walked me through everything while giving me the ability to add so much more! Additionally, their support staff, especially Dave Zoradi, are such a great help at keeping our vision for the site clear while explaining anything we have confusion about. Dave has followed up throughout the process to make sure we are finishing up every aspect and taking advantage of all the power this program delivers. Honestly, I have yet to find something that I dislike. In comparison to other ticketing sites, TicketSpice is so much better at allowing us to customize all aspects the way we want and as I stated the customer service is leaps and bounds above the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That's a tough question. They fit our business needs in every avenue. We were faced with a rather challenging situation for an upcoming event, and when they heard it was time sensitive, they immediately jumped in to help. I really felt like they were on our team from moment one! The customer service was amazing, the onboarding was a piece of cake, and the editing of our portal was simple and very intuitive. They listened to our challenges and came up with solutions on the spot. The overall implementation of our ticket sales was flawless! I really can't say enough...simple THANK YOU! There is nothing that I dislike about TicketSpice. Ok, maybe the idea that I didn't find them last year when we needed a ticket portal! That's on me, not them! lol Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The staff at TicketSpice is very knowledgable and able to assist with my complex service needs. Most recently I worked with Julia who took the time to ensure that my platform questions were answered. Customer Service. The TicketSpice team is very friendly and is quick to respond to our inquiries. They also help us work with Groupon, GoldStar, etc. seamlessly. Fees are lower than the software we used previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some minor bugs in building out the ticketing pages. Nothing major and they all have simple workarounds that are easy to find. Every once in a while the dashboard seems to go down, but it is usually back up within minutes. This might also just be an issue with my browser or internet connection.
