Adding table without assistance. I was impressed by that being my only issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allows the guest to make their own reservations and is easy to use for those who are not too tech savvy, the customer service and help features are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just wish the landing page showed the time of the reservation instead of having to look at each reservation to see the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ticket Spice's scanning app capabiltites and smooth Box Office app are way better than what we came from. We also enjoy the analytics pages which help us know what to expect for the day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't many things to dislike aboutTicket Spice. The Ticket Spice Team Summit fell on the same weekend as our implementation, so a heads up about that would have been ideal. As it felt like we were on the back burner a bit and had to have some tough conversations with our guests that could've been avoided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the most cost-efficient registration platforms I've found with responsive, helpful and thorough customer service. I've only used the chat feature but every time, I've received quick responses from live agents (NOT a bot!), ensuring that I've found my answer. I love the customization and ability to use templates or curate your own look and feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was hard to find some of the answers I was looking in the FAQs but a quick chat with their team got me to the right page. We have a few profiles connected to the same bank account/organization. It was a bit of a hassle to set-up Webconnex and link our bank account to an additional profile but once it was set up, accessing it was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like all the actions that we can set-up for our events! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, figuring out the actions! But once I know which actions to choose, it's smooth sailing.
I wish there were more cheat sheets or online resources for us when we are in a quick pinch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most of the features in the TicketSpice platform are intuitive, but some are not. When they're not, that's when the fantastic customer service team steps in to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are aspects of setting up your event site for ticket sales that involve logical expressions, or actions. Those can be tricky and often need to be setup in a specific order if they are to result in the desired outcomes. This process is not always easy and can be frustrating, though I've found TicketSpice to have a very responsive and knowledgeable team of customer service pros that can guide you through those rough patches and even fix mistakes you've made for you. I appreciate that I do feel like I can send a chat and a person will get back to me quickly. I had a question about how to do something and someone responded and confirmed that I had stumbled upon the best way, and that I hadn't missed something - that confirmation was nice to have just a chat away. And then when I had an issue with something not showing up as it should, they fixed it in moments. I also really appreciate the wealth of data and results I have easy access to - that's key for my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company is a festival, with many different events taking place in a two-week span. It would be nice if there were a way to set up multiple different events that purchasers could select and then add to a single order - instead, I have to list every event as a different "price point" and people select that way - it just leads to a lot of scrolling, and I worry a little that purchasers will miss something. But it seems to be working pretty well so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
