The TicketSpice platform is robust and relatively straightforward to use. What has truly set them apart has been the customer support experience, however. Every support person has been quick to answer, respectful, and goes the extra mile to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are far more features than I need for my purposes in a nonprofit, so sometimes it is hard to find what I need. Additionally, the page for creating page actions is cumbersome and could be redone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
