We Pay continually declining/clawing back my deposit. After 4 attempts TicketSpice got to the bottom of the issue. I think it was a glitch with We Pay. All is good now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The TicketSpice platform is robust and relatively straightforward to use. What has truly set them apart has been the customer support experience, however. Every support person has been quick to answer, respectful, and goes the extra mile to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There are far more features than I need for my purposes in a nonprofit, so sometimes it is hard to find what I need. Additionally, the page for creating page actions is cumbersome and could be redone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

The configurability and ease of use of the product, allowing me to build robust experiences with more creative monetization models that Eventbrite, Luma, and Partiful could not support.

The customer support team is amazing! They spend so much time in writing the online help center guide, answering one-off questions, and being available to screen share and troubleshoot problems -- especially Alex T! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Early but not expansive API integration access. I wish I could do more with reading and writing to their system programmatically.
